do regular exercise, daily massage your body with Tila ( sesame) oil, take proper diet,milk,cows ghee in regularly,fresh fruits,dry fruits,green vegetables,protein rich food, proper sleep. avoid late night work,overexertion, excessive tea,coffee,cold drinks,chilled water,foods kept in fridge,fast food,bakery foods.

The human digestive system is a very complicated and sizeable component of the body. It starts right at the beginning of the mouth, ending at the rectum. Some of the major responsibilities of the digestive system include absorption of essential nutrients and elimination of wastes.

Not only do digestive problems have embarrassing and unwanted symptoms, serious, chronic diseases can be caused if the minor problems are not treated.

Some digestive problems are listed below:

  1. GERD: This is a burning sensation that results from acids in the stomach being squirted into the oesophagus. A burning sensation is felt, right from the chest to the end of the throat. Frequent heartburns can lead to GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), symptoms of which include dry cough, sore throat, chest discomfort and difficulty in swallowing.
  2. Bloating: This is caused due to the presence of excess gas in the colon, small intestines or the stomach.
  3. Dyspepsia: This is an uncomfortable feeling or pain which occurs in the upper abdominal regions, mostly a result of excess food intake. It is commonly referred to as indigestion. Dyspepsia can be discomforting and if prolonged, medical assistance should be opted for.
  4. Chronic Constipation: Persistent constipation (chronic) is a sign that there is a problem with the elimination of wastes. This usually happens when the colon is unable to move or pass stools. Other major causes of chronic constipation can be changes in your usual diet, various eating disorders, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and excessive consumption of dairy products among others.
  5. Food Intolerance: This occurs when the digestive system is unable to tolerate certain food items. This condition is different from food allergies as it only affects the digestive system. Some of the common symptoms include diarrhoea, headache, gas and vomiting.

Possible Serious Conditions-

A gastroenterologist is a type of doctor that specializes in diagnosing and treating diseases involving the digestive system. If you continue to experience digestion problems, it’s time to make an appointment.

More serious signs could mean an emergency medical problem. Those signs include:

  • bloody stools
  • continuous vomiting
  • severe abdominal cramps
  • sweating
  • sudden, unintentional weight loss

These symptoms could be an indication of an infection, gallstones, hepatitis, internal bleeding, or cancer.

Medications-

You may be able to overcome digestion problems with treatment and lifestyle changes. Certain diseases of the digestive system might be long-term, but medications can help alleviate symptoms.

Identifying specific digestion problems and talking with a gastroenterologist can go a long way in terms of helping your doctor give you a proper diagnosis. Remember, you don’t have to put up with constant digestive issues.

  5. Men who are heavy drinkers may develop a permanent case of brewer’s droop. Loss of sexual interest is also likely.
  6. Excessive alcohol may lead to diminished or reduced libido in women as well. It is yet to be proven whether alcohol causes any other sexual complications in women.

If you are facing problems with excessive alcohol consumption and it is affecting your sex life, you need to take some steps. It is recommended to consult an alcohol counsellor or join the Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) group.

About a 45 percent of adults snore occasionally, and although most people tend to ignore it, snoring is a problem that must be dealt with consideration. There are many families where one spouse snores and keeps the other person from a good night’s sleep. It has been reported that snoring can create severe disputes in marriage and one who snores must take steps to control snoring.

Snoring is not simply a nuisance, but a major proportion of individuals who snore are affected with obstructive sleep apnea by which breathing is disrupted while a person is fast asleep. This condition increases the risk of heart diseases. Fortunately, there are ways to control a person's snoring.

  1. Weight loss: Having a large neck circumference and being overweight increases the risk of pushing the fat down at the throat resulting in snoring. With a suitable weight loss training, one can control the snoring to a considerable extent.
  2. Altering sleep positions: Sleeping on the sides help in forbidding the tongue from resting backwards and blocking the throat while sleeping. Some specially created pillows can help the individuals from rolling back during sleep.
  3. Limit alcohol intake: Drinking alcohol contributes to further relaxation of muscles in the airways and collapse the path which makes snoring even worse. Limiting consumption of alcohol and avoiding to drink it at least 4 to 5 hours before going to bed can reduce snoring to a significant extent.
  4. Stop smoking: Smoking invariably leads to nasal congestion as well as inflammation which in turn worsen snoring. If one is running out of reasons to avoid smoking, then this is one of the most convincing reasons to quit smoking and enjoy overall good health.
  5. Certain medications: There are some medicines, particularly sedatives and antihistamines are designed to have a relaxing effect and can, therefore, aggravate snoring. But it is advised to consult with the general physician before making any alterations in the medicine routine.
  6. Avoid opening the mouth: Those who are aware of snoring with the mouth open must avoid opening the mouth during sleep by using a specifically designed tape or adhesive for closing shut the mouth while sleeping.
  7. Using specialised device: The mandibular advancement device is specifically crafted for those who suffer from tongue-based snoring. This equipment helps in moving the jaw forward as well as prevent the tongue from blocking the backside of the throat while sleeping.
  8. Avoid nasal collapse: Those who suffer from nasal collapse must use some form of adhesive nasal dilator strip which has to be placed over the nose. This would aid in keeping the airways open as well as reduce snoring.
  9. Treat allergies: Inflammation, as well as nasal congestion triggered by allergies, is a common cause of snoring while sleeping. One must opt to do an allergy test to identify and reduce potential allergens in the area where the individual sleeps such as bedding type, pet hair, dust mites, wheat or dairy intolerance and lessen snoring.

Thus, snoring can be controlled before it becomes a problem.

Hello I'm shashi my age is 21. I have severe allergy from the age of 15 im suffering from such issue. All parts of my body vl get swelled. When I was fifteen I went to a doctor and he gave hell a lot of steroids. I took those steroids for more than a year. Laterally for 2 year there was complete cure that I did not even had allergy even once after the following two year. That time I tough that it's completely gone. But again after two years I started getting allergy even worser where even my face would get swelled completely. Again I consulted the same doctor and he gave me the same set of steroids. But that time the tablets did not work. And now I'm under immunotherapy. Once in 10 days I'm getting injected. But still I'm suffering in the same state. I'm daily taking more than 4-6 atarax 25 mg tablets and okacet around 4-5 I'm daily consuming but only during night. Even some tyms I would take 6 atarax tablets and 4 okacet tablets at the same tym. Symptoms that I'm having right now are. I'm daily having swelling daily even below my foot it's getting swelled. I get periods at right circle but I dnt have a good flow. Like I only have 2 days of periods were I never have a gud flow. Even my head is getting swelled. I have numbness in my face when I laugh or cry or get angry. Like some times I will never feel that I have a head. So doctors please let me know what will happen if I take over dosage of tablets like I have mentioned you already. So what will happen if take such quantity of tablets on a single stroke daily? And also please let me know what problem I have. Right now.

Masturbatiion or nightfall is natural in males and is 100% safe and healthy. The semen is produced daily and sperms r produced every 72 hrs so they have to come out of the body for the newer one to get produced. If you r masturbating twice a week you will not be having nightfall. Masturbation reduces stress and anxiety and relaxes the mind causing sleep which people think as weakness. So enjoy it instead of feeling guilty about it and taking undue stress.

While I am was going sleep I lay down on bed and rub my penis to bed and imagine as making sex with girl. After 1 or two minutes semens came out and I will satisfy. I was making regularly at teen age and two / three times / per week after 20 of my age. And weekly one I was watching porn movies one hours / week. Got your pain n concern though it's unfortunate it's good you found almost accidentally for routine investigations. Before it creates issue, though s GB stones are tiny n can easily expelled in gut, uric acid very well managed with Ayurved Approach. All your issues are lined up by vata dominated disorders so please consult AYURVEDIC college Hospital in your city or clinic or feel free to communicate with me till then have Radish, n Buttermilk. Kegels are easy to do, once you know which muscles to target. One of the easiest ways to locate your muscles is during urination. Here’s how: Halfway through urination, try to stop or slow down the flow of urine. Don’t tense the muscles in your buttocks, legs, or abdomen, and don’t hold your breath. When you can slow or stop the flow of urine, you’ve successfully located these muscles. Some men find these muscles by imagining that they are trying to stop the passage of gas. Squeezing these muscles gives a pulling sensation; these are the right muscles for pelvic exercises. It's important not to contract other muscles. Some men need biofeedback to help them target the right muscles. To do Kegel exercises for men: Contract these muscles for a slow count of five. Release the muscles to a slow count of five. Repeat 10 times. Do a set of 10 Kegels daily, three times a day. When you’re first starting, it may be easier to do Kegel exercises lying down, so your muscles aren’t fighting against gravity. It may also be easier to contract the muscles for just two or three seconds at first. After a few weeks, increase the time until eventually you’re contracting the muscles for a slow five or 10 seconds, and do the exercises standing up. That puts more weight on the muscles, boosting your workout and improving your control. Remember not to tense your buttock, legs, or stomach muscles while you’re doing Kegels. When Will You See Results from Kegel Exercises? Seeing results with any exercise takes time, so be patient. If you do Kegels three times a day, you should see better bladder control in three to six weeks -- some men see it even sooner. Try keeping a record of your urine leakage each day to help you notice improvements. If you don’t see any change in a month, you may not have located the right muscles for Kegel exercises. Give your doctor or urologist a call. They can offer tips on how to find and successfully exercise the right muscles. 3 Tips to Help Make Kegel Exercises a Habit The most effective exercises are the ones you do regularly. To help you get into the rhythm of doing Kegels, try these simple tips: Stay consistent. Do your Kegel exercises at the same time each day -- maybe first thing in the morning while you are urinating, while brushing your teeth, and as you watch TV. Remember the benefits. If you keep up with Kegels, they can really make a difference in your urinary incontinence. Pay attention to progress. Over time, you’ll notice your urinary incontinence is improving. Maybe you’re having fewer leaks, or are leaking less. Thanks.
