Take high protein and high calories diet. Have small and frequent meals. Do stretching exercise alternates days. Take milk nd products. Don't skip your breakfast specially. Contact near by dietitian. They will give you a proper diet plan.

Has not been fall asleep without Zolcalm-10 mg. Ofcourse tabling tablets for BP, cholesterol, SUGAR, B12 deficiency, D vitamin deficiency, Aircel -10 mg, Admenta, every day! Have a bit of Abdominal Obesity at 72 years. Looking for ways to reduce tablets!

I started working in private company temporarily in night shift for three months ie. From August to October middle and I gained 10 kgs and my tummy/waist line looks like as if I'm pregnant even at normal time. I drink lots of water and even I eat all seasonal fruits but what can be done to reduce my gained weight in thigh, butt and waist line. Please help me with your best suggestion.
