hello sir , take high protein diet like paneer, soy milk, yogurt , cottage cheese , tofu. milk and milk products. do stretching exercise alternate days. take luke warm water before and after meals. take fiber food. avoid oily fried, jun foods, rice, potatoes, white bread. sugars.

hello sir, avoid high protein diet and oily food. take high fiber diet. have small and frequent meals. take plenty of water. avoid , oily food, junk food, fried food.have small and frequent meals. do yoga. avoid citrus fruits,curd, lemon juice.don't skip your breakfast and meals.no their is no side effect on kidney.

As you know my husband has gone through appendix operation, I would like to know what should he have in his day like wt to have in mourning wt in lunch wt in evening snacks n wt at night as well as at what time so that he shld not occur wth any pain or crave n also he gets healthy and fit again.
