hi Mohammed zameer firstly you don't have to take so much stress for ur weight just bring some changes in ur life style by following a proper diet regime, as it hardly matters how much u r eating but what u need to take care of what u r eating,so have a healthy balanced diet, with proper regular exercise nd be hydrated always. these are some tips to loose weight.nd pls stay away from measuring scales rather feel the change.hope u take my advise forward.nd for any other nutritional query or diet chart u can consult me anytime using private consultant option. take a gud care of urself. have a gud day.

Hello To increase your weight it is very imp to increasing appetite. Do kapalabhati to regulate body metabolism and appetite. Eat more than your usual calorie intake as this is the simplest way to gain extra kilos. Eat a lot of protein rich food, dairy products, starchy food, eg. Beans, pulses, eggs, fish, and meat and also potato, almonds, low-fat cheese and yoghurt. Never skip meals. Avoid fats like red meat, margarine etc as they are bad for the health of your heart.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * To gain weight, First take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow The diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of Bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * After 2 hours of breakfast, Take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of Careals (Moong/Chana Daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of Dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of Dates (khajoor). * In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Hi lybrate-user U avoid high carbohydrate food exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. U take microfruit and cytofresh tablet after lunch.

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. To improve your digestive powers, you can take chitrakadi vati after meal and ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. 2. You can also have milk and milk products eg butter, ghee, etc along with banana shake.

Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. Hi Kindly suggest d reason and also the necessary measures to b taken in d following case: Very much dispersed, negative weak attitude from inside but pretends to be very bold and positive ,excess or very less appetite and sleep, intense cry for hours and hours for no reasons, needs a strong support system very firmly, Wants to b in dark and alone place, try to hurt self, lack of concentration, negative thoughts, imaginary presentation abt self near others, need badly to b wid sm1 who can take out of all this dark situation. Suggest d needful practices or habits or if required medications to b helped with. Regards.

Hi lybrate-user, I suggest you to please take her to a psychologist asap with a guardian. Meanwhile: Try to take her out, for a walk or something in greenery. Try she tells everything to someone who she trust. Speak to her about everything, doesn't matter if she is listening or not, try to talk as positive as you can and also rational according to the situation. Don't give her to much of advice. Try to share jokes with her. Watch comedy movies with her. Don't let her sit alone. Try if she can practice deep breathing. Make her eat healthy i.e. Leafy vegetables, Citrus-Fruits, Walnuts, Green tea etc. No to coffee, No to Alcohol. Take care for any more queries feel free to contact me :)
