I am 30 years old & I need a diet program so that I can loose my fat along with my exercise schedule.

Hi , in order to loose 2-3 kg in a month a diet plan is designed after calculating your daily calorie requirements and at the same time the diet plan should aid in excess fat loss. So there cannot be one diet plan which can give u result, you need to be under am expert guidance who can watch your weight loss progress and can plan the diet accordingly on a daily basis.

The diet plan or a diet advice is customized as per an individual need, like your daily diet schedule, dietary preferences, your total day activities etc. To start with you should try to reduce sugar, sweets, chocolates intake, less of fat in daily diet, avoid fried foods and junk foods as all these add extra calories in your daily diet. Sir,I m suffering through hypothyroidism and two months back delivered a baby.Please tell how can I lose my weight as right now my weight is 72 kg and height is 5'1" and age is 30.

Hi , This is not the right time to go for any diet plan as you must be breast feeding your baby and the baby should be exclusively breastfed for first 6 months. Most of the excess calories can be burnt if you breastfed your baby. In diet you should just avoid excess sugar and fat at this point.
