Heĺlo, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 30 minutes daily. Take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Include more vegetable and fruits in your diet. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at the night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food. How Much Green Tea?

So, do not rely on green tea alone to lose weight. It can only bolster your weight loss efforts. You need to complement it with a calorie deficit diet and proper exercises.

Hello, Destress yourself, stress affects Fertility massively. You should Ideally be weighing between 52 to 55 kgs. Start brisk walking or power walks for atleast 50 mins everyday. Include extra servings of fresh fruits and vegetables, beans, whole grains, pulses in the diet. Set up realistic deadlines for yourself, that helps managing stress. Be positive.
