Try: 1. Regular knee quadriceps exercises (static and knee bending). 2. Ice pack application will help 3.Medications like Cartigen DN, Identical K2 and Enzomac forte will help. Do not depend on pain killers, use ice pack instead to control pain. Intrarticular injections also offer great relief in selected cases.

Hi lybrate-user Desi ghee contain short chain fatty acids. If you are consuming within an ideal range then it's totally ok as it does not contain any preservative. Secondly it contains fats which are important in supporting your nervous, skin and mental health but remember you should take it it in an ideal range that is 10-15 gm per day. As I can see that you are not overweight so you can certainly take it. You have to avoid it if you have history of cardiovascular disease. You can have curd. Eat fruits and vegetables regularly. Add water melon and grapes.

Knee pain As arthritis is very common that you get generally bilaterally. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. It looks like you are anaemic. That's the reason the knee goes for genu recurvatum which is nothing but backward bowing of legs. Hello, Go for meditation to nourish your entire body to strengthen your cell & tissues improving your body in a healthy manner by conditioning your bones. Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body. Your diet be easily digestible ,high in protein- fish, eggs, chicken..Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics. Jogging, swimming,  skipping & hanging on a bar in the garden to stretch your  bones. Tk,  homoeopathic medicine: @ AlfalfaQ -10 drops,  thrice with little water. Avoid, junkfood, ,alcohol & nicotine. Tk,  care.

For monitoring your thyroid functions get your TSH test done regularly and dose of medicine is adjusted to keep TSH below 3.0. Avoid vegetables of cruciferous family like broccoli, cabbage,cauliflower etc. Take a balanced diet and maintain your weight ideal for your height. Get your serum vit. D3 test done and if found low take vit. D supplement.

Hello. Given that you are in your teen years you will eventually have a growth spurt solving most of your current worries. However it is good to avoid sugary diets and junk food. Alternatively for muscular body try calisthenics. Additionally for height sports which require jumping might help. But genetics does play a role. So if your parents are tall you actually do not have anything to worry.
