I have sinus. I am not able to breathe properly. I am working in aircraft exhaust gases kills my breathing. Dusting, and feels uneasy everyone. Even breathe from mouth sometime.

I think you meant to say that you have sinusitis. From what you have said, seems like you are very much exposed to dust and you may be allergic to. You should definitely use Masks regularly and also should get a Nasal endoscopy done to see how exactly the inside of you nose looks like and also to see if you really have a sinusitis issue. Getting just a CT of sinuses will help to say whether you really have sinusitis or not. You can also take medications till you do any tests. Take care.

Get vaccinated for influenza and pneumonia. Staying current with vaccinations can prevent flu and pneumonia from triggering asthma flare-ups. Identify and avoid asthma triggers. A number of outdoor allergens and irritants — ranging from pollen and mold to cold air and air pollution — can trigger asthma attacks.

5 years back I suffered from tuberculosis. I was medicated. But even after complete treatment of it I have cough. I always sense some cough in my throat and there is vistling sound when I cough.

It may be because of bronchitis or asthma or allergy 1. Do saline gargles daily. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink Hot Liquids --Hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. 5. Sleep With an Extra Pillow Under Your Head-- Elevating your head will help relieve congested nasal passages. If the angle is too awkward, try placing the pillows between the mattress and the box springs to create a more gradual slope. 6. Treat That Stuffy Nose With Warm Salt Water-- Salt-water rinsing helps break nasal congestion, while also removing virus particles and bacteria from your nose. 7. Blow Your Nose Often (and the Right Way)-- It's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can carry germ-carrying phlegm back into your ear passages, causing earache. The best way to blow your nose: Press a finger over one nostril while you blow gently to clear the other. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results and gives relief in long term please ask for consultation with detailed information so that I can help you better.

Asthma - Know Signs Of It!

Asthma - Know Signs Of It!

Asthma is a respiratory disease that takes place with a variety of symptoms including breathlessness, wheezing and coughing. It usually occurs when the airways get obstructed which in turn leads to inflammation of the tubes. So how can you recognise the signs and symptoms of asthma?

Here is a list of ways!

-  Risk Identification: It has been observed by doctors and medical science that there is no specific reason for the onset of this ailment. It can be caused due to genetic as well as environmental factors. So, in order to recognise the symptoms, you will first of all have to take stock of both these factors. Find out if you have any blood relatives who have suffered from this ailment and try to find out how is started, and at what age, so that you can watch out for the same warning signs. Also, if you are more prone than others when it comes to allergic conditions like rhinitis and atopic dermatitis, then you are at risk. Other risk factors also include living in a high pollution zone, as well as being overweight, smoking, working within close range of exhaust fumes and other chemicals, and other such factors.

-  Symptom Identification: To be able to identify whether or not you are at risk, you must identify the potential symptoms including persistent shortness of breath, which may strike regularly. Also, another symptom is not being able to sleep comfortably due to excessive coughing and breath shortness as well as shallow breathing and wheezing. You may also experience some amount of chest tightening or constriction. These symptoms will usually get worse if you happen to be suffering from the flu or a cold.

-  Respiratory Health: If you are suspecting the onset of this disease, it would be a good idea to watch your respiratory health by observing the rise and fall of your breath when you are doing energy consuming and strenuous activities like exercising or other such tasks. Sports induced asthma is an actual condition that can get worse when your lungs are faced with cold and dry air. Also, if you are facing exhaust fumes and chemicals as a part of your job, then you are at risk of occupational asthma, in which case you should watch your respiratory health very closely. These symptoms can also get worse when you are around animals and pets due to the allergens that may trigger wheezing and coughing. A lung function test can be conducted by the pulmonologist in case you are suffering from any of these symptoms and conditions on a persistence and prolonged basis.

Knowing and reporting your symptoms to the doctor is important for getting timely treatment.

Change diet and lifestyle first .Next change your doctor if he is not offering natural solutions to reverse high blood pressure without any medications and telling you to take medicines lifelong which is wrong unless you have developed the complications of high blood pressure. Hypertension is a lifestyle disease which needs only lifestyle solution through diet, changes in lifestyle and education about the disease and never medication BP medicines can cause serious side effects .Your Doctor is never going to talk about this. Read in depth about it before you take your medicines. Do not get misguided and land up in more complications. Reversible causes of BP like Mineral, Vitamin deficiency, Thyroid disease ,Anxiety, Stress etc needs to be fixed which will cure your high BP Doctors lack, nutrition knowledge, have vested monetary interests and do incomplete lab testing and do not offer natural solutions. Never believe in the lies told by doctors that you have to take BP medicines lifelong. They are completely misguiding you. 1) Detailed history including dietary & lifestyle habits needed in addition to medical, occupational, environment ,and family history 2) Comprehensive lab testing needed which should have tests for inflammation and mineral deficiency. Master health check ups done in high tech hospitals and labs are incomplete because they are doing what they want and not what your body actually needs .That is the reason your tests are normal but you are not normal and end up online doing doctor shopping. Send feedback with name ,contact number and take consultation, if you want to reverse your high BP without medication. Avoid complications of both elevated Blood pressure and the Medicines by taking a consultation and Get rid of your elevated BP and BP medications for ever .Get educated and never medicated for your BP which would happen only with a consultation and correct advice. Your Diabetes is also reversible without any medicines.
