Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Eye Pain - 7 Simple Ways To Manage It!

Are you suffering from eye pain? Well, rubbing your eyes is not a wise thing to do under such circumstances. Rubbing will only turn the white of your eye into a scarlet-colored surface. The eyes can get irritated due to the influence of foreign materials like dust particles, flies or remains of beauty products. The eyes also develop pain due to physical injury.

Here are some tips to get rid of the eye pain or irritation:

  1. Use Ice pack: In case of an injury, apply ice pack on the eyes. Cold compression on the eyes for 15 minutes reduces any sort of pain or swelling.
  2. Cry to smile: Tears are known to have positive effects on the eyes. They prevent the drying up of cornea. It is advisable to bathe the eye with artificial tears.
  3. Compress your eyes: It is advisable to soak a washcloth in warm water and compress your eyes with that to get relief from pain in sty. Sty is an infection of the eyelid, which reddens the lids and causes pain. Warm compression helps in liquefaction of the oils in the eyes.
  4. Wash your eye: Irritation or pain is also caused by dust particles in the eyes. Therefore, it is best to wash your eyes with saline solution. Don't use normal tap water or distilled water for washing your eyes.
  5. Get rid of the invader: Try to remove or dislodge any fleck or speck 'the cause of pain' by using a cotton swab.
  6. Try the cold treatment: It has been found that dry eyes can be treated best by cold application. Apply a pack of ice on dry eyes for 5 to 6 minutes in every two hours. This helps in reducing the pain and forms tears to keep the eyes moist.
  7. Flip your eyelids: Try to remove the painful particle inside the eyes by pulling the eyelids. Pull the upper lid gently over the lower one so that the foreign particle comes out. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ophthalmologist.

Do yoga and meditation to have clear mind. Do involve yourself with friends and relative and in work so that you do not think of masturbating at all. Do it twice weekly only.

Butter milk, coconut water, seasonal fruits, etc fulfills requirement of water. However, suggest to take enough water, nothing can replace it/

Hello doctors . My weight is 100 kgs n height is 5.6 inches. Since 3 years whatever I do there is 5 kgs up n down in my weight. I'm having cereals n boiled egg without yellow morning. When I go to college I take 2 with wid vegetables for lunch. If I am at home I have phulka or one cup rice. Evening have green tea. And I have one jowar roti with vegetables at night around 7 pm. Then I don't eat anything at night. Drink water in adequate amounts too. Morning due to hectic college schedule if have have time then I do walking for nearly half to one hour. Im fed up im not at all loosing weight. Please suggest me. I had few thyroid abnormalities in childhood so had iodine tonic for 2 months then it was fine. Again at the age of 15 I had imbalance so ate 12. 5 mg thyroxine for one month. Now at the age of 20 again symptoms of thyroid with pcod im having. Since 6 months eating 25 mg of thyroxine. There is a family background of hypothyroidism and diabetes. Pls help me I don't want to be inline with them. And want to loose my weight too.

dear first of all make principle of life small frequent low calorie diet. Fruits in betwnnn breakfast and meal then lunch and dinner. Brisk walking and anxiety free life and some drugs like kg cut 30 min before dinner 3 tsf in water.

My wife has a family history of diabetes. She is diabetic since 2015 and during her pregnancy “oct 16 to jun 17” she was on insulins (humalog thrice daily and insugen n at night). At present she is taking geminor m1 forte morning and tenpride m 500 evening, however her fasting remains b/w 150 to 180 and pp in b/w 200 -250, she is obese too. Kindly suggest what to do?

hello arif .. walk is very important for diabetic and obese patient . so she have do to do daily brisk walk . have small and frequent meals. don't skip your breakfast ever. take always high protein diet and high fiber diet. take plenty of water. take one fruit daily . take salad atleast 2 times in a day. take luke warm water whole day they will help to reduce your weight. take green coffee beans water they will also help to reduce your weight.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Size of penis never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Average size of erect penis is 5 inches. But even a two inch erect penis can satisfy any woman across the world just because, woman sexual nerve endings which is the reason for pleasure for women, are available only up to two inches from the opening of vagina. Therefore, please don't worry. You can improve the size of your penis by massaging it with olive oil and doing kegal pelvic strengthening exercises. I suggest online sex education and counseling. What is the proper solution of varicose veins? My both legs bottom area effected this. Please give suggestions for care & exercises for this.

Hi, please follow these tips: - wear varicose veins stockings while moving about to prevent further dilatation of the veins. - go for color doppler study of the affected limb to know the severity of the disease. - do not stand and work for long hours - consult a vascular surgeon and get yourself examined thoroughly. - perform leg raising exercises regularly. - keep your foot end elevated while sleeping.
