Dpn lesions can only be removed by rfc or laser. No topical preparation is not indicated. Hence it is advised not to use anything without consulting a dermatologist.

You have already taken the required dose of isotretinoin. So stop taking it. The enzyme levels will come back to normal limits in few weeks.
