Sounds like you may have a disc prolapse in the spine. Usually this gets better with rest and abstinence from strenuous activity as well as pain medication. However, if symptoms persist despite rest, it is best to consult an orthopaedician physically so as not to miss out on any serious disorder.

Hi yes it is common symptoms but don't ignore as it may convert in to major things. But don't worry ayurvedic medicines work very well in such conditions. Arjun churna 50 gm+ pushkarmool churn 30 gm mix it each other. Take 2 spoon of mixture add 2 cup of water boil it and reduce it to 1/2 cup. Consume this kadha two times in day. Triphala churn a 2 spoon with water every night for bowel clearance. These are for three months you will definitely relives pains and side effect of diabetics.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to have a persistent back pain as a health issue. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. long sitting is ur problem and bad posture so posture correction must.tk soft pillow for back support avoid long sitting. tk break between work that's strain do hot fermentation and stretching exercise if it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment for few days

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. This type of pain can be due to a nerve getting impinged somewhere usually in cervical spine region. But it can also be due to a shoulder pathology. My advice is: - star physiotherapy with tens as a modality - take an anti-inflammatory medication for 3-5 days - you can also use hot packs at home for an inflammed area normally the pain should improve in 10-14 days time, in case it is increasing then kindly let me know asap. Dear Bikash Bhuyan, Namaskar, you must sleep on a firm mattress with a soft and thin pillow, use a commode and avoid stairs. Do hot fomentation and apply muscodac gel 2-3 times a day. Wear a LS belt. Take zerodol SP and omez 40 mgm. 1 tab each, twice a day for 5-7 days. Get swd +ust for 5-7 sittings at a good physiotherapy center. You will settle. If not get x-ray LS spine AP and lateral views and revert back to me with the reports.... You are too young to have spondylitis.... Take care.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

you are facing a problem from last two years and you didnt mention, have you ever consulted any doctor, what they prognosed or diagnosed you with a problem. Here is a small adviced, but strongly recommended to consult a physiotherapisthave you had a full blood test? low iron, magnesium and potassium can cause aching, cramping feelings in muscles, and also make you feel tired. So can out of balance hormones. It might also be worth keeping a food diary to see if there are any foods that trigger the symptoms (or ease the symptoms). Gentle stretching exercise like yoga might help ease the physical symptoms too.

Brisk Walk for 30 mins is ideal. Extending it beyond this time may have adverse effects. 2 hrs is not advisible.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
