Apply an ice pack to the painful area of your head. Try placing it on your forehead, temples, or the back of your neck. Take a warm bath or shower; take a nap; or take a walk. Ask someone to rub your neck and back, or treat yourself to a massage. Apply gentle, steady rotating pressure to the painful area of your head with your index finger and/or thumb. Maintain pressure for seven to 15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed. Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders. If you have excessive muscle contractions in the neck, it may be helpful to perform physical therapy exercises every day.

Keep your hands clean by frequently washing them or using a hand sanitizer on the go. Do not squeeze or pop your blemishes. This increases the risk of developing scars. In some cases, squeezing a pimple may spread the bacteria even further. Do not cover blemishes with your hair. Calendula, also known as marigold, is another natural substance that is in commercial moisturizers. It is also available as an extract. It is often used to treat scars because it stimulates cell growth and repair.

The kind of treatment that is almost always used for this condition is a surgical procedure. Tightening the levator muscle in the eyelid is the most effective route to restore a full field of vision and allow that muscle to regain its effectiveness. This surgery is commonly completed in one day, and a blepharoplasty may also be performed at the same time to remove excess skin and fat from the area. The surgery begins with a small incision to the upper eyelid, and a small object is used to tighten the levator muscle. The patient will often be asked to open their eyes at some poit during the surgery so that the surgeon can ensure that the eyelid opens efficiently and correctly. Once the surgery is complete, the patient will leave and then return a week later for a post-operative follow-up. This meeting is conducted to check the results and success of the procedure. If there are no further issues observed, then the surgery is considered a success and no further treatment is necessary. If there are adjustments that must be made, then the patient must go through additional surgerical procedures until the desired result has been obtained.

Most kidney stones won't require invasive treatment. You may be able to pass a small stone by drinking water. Drinking as much as 2 to 3 quarts (1.9 to 2.8 litres) a day may help flush out your urinary system.
