    Hello, body weight increase if calorie intake high than utilisation. So be active, try to make changes in life style and add activities like- walk, jogging, swimming, cycling, dancing etc. Try to cut down junk food, fry food in your diet and add lots of vegetables, fruits, salad, vegetables seeds in your diet.

    Hi, please add small frequent meal in your diet. Weakness because of nutrient deficiency or gaps in between 2meals so please fill that gap and be active. You may add eggs, dry fruits, juices, shakes, banana and vegetable juice.

    Hi, burn more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Avoid sweets, juices, sugar, junk food, fry food, pulpy fruits. Add lots of fiber in your diet like salad, sprouts, vegetables, fruits, mix flour, lots of liquid. Eat small and frequent meal. Avoid late night dinner" all the best"

    Hi, weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Eat lots of vegetables, fruits but avoid pulpy high calorie fruit, use mix flour avoid junk food, fry food, sweets etc" all the best"
