Hello dear take high fiber in your food are good for your health and weight loss ,drink lots of water start your day with a glass or two of plain water .daily walk after dinner at-least 20 mins. Chew thoroughly and slow down, eat less salt ,do push-ups/squats. thanks.

Hello lybrate-user, you can opt home food only like more fruits and vegetables, more protein like eggs, chicken, paneer, dal in your diet. Take banana melons chiku apples on daily basis. Take 3-4 servings of meals per day. Do some weight training exercise also. Take milk, peanut butter, ghee in an appropriate manner in your diet plan to remain fit and healthy.

Hello, according to your height your weight shud be between 50- 55 kg. Avoid high carbs fruits and vegetables in your diet. Include green leafy vegeatbles. Add 2- 3servings of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add low fat milk and milk product in your diet. Add protein in your diet. Drink lots and lots of water. Keep your dinner light and early.

Hello lybrate-user, your age is 20 years. At this age your metabolism is very fast, so what ever yyou eat it metabolis very quickly, which is a good part. Start include each and every veg and fruits in your diet. Include 3 healthy meal, bf,lunch and dinner- with normal roti + veg + dal + salad eetc. Add snacks in between the meal. Like poha / upma/ dalia/ roasted chana etc add sweet dish in your diet.

Hello lybrate-user, best food sources of vitamin B12 is - fish, eggs, dairy products, meats. For folic acid -Green leafy vegetables, spinach, asparagus, kale, broccoli. Legumes, lentils, mushrooms, split peas, root vegetables, bean sprouts, corn, barley, bran, brown rice, whole grains, whole wheat, salmon, tuna, chicken, la milk, cheese, dates and oranges. For vitamin D3 -Fish, egg yolks, fortified milk, butter, dandelion greens, oatmeal, sweet potatoes.

5 Nutritional Factors Of Almonds & Walnuts

Whenever you peruse through snack options in a store, looking for a fulfilling yet healthy option often turns out to be really challenging. This is where you might consider nuts, such as almonds or walnuts. They are healthy snacking options with rich reserves of protein, fibre, and energy.
However, even in the choice between almonds and walnuts, there are certain things which need to be kept in mind.

  • Energy content: Almonds contain 14 grams worth of fat, and 164 calories whereas walnuts contain approximately 18 grams of fat but give 185 calories. Thus, we find that walnuts contain a slightly higher amount of fat than almonds, but provide more energy in the form of calories.
  • Protein content: Almonds and walnuts are both protein powerhouses - containing 13% and 9% of protein content respectively. Thus, both these nuts are great sources of protein.
  • Mineral content: Both almonds and walnuts are rich in various kinds of minerals. When it comes to Iron, which is essential for muscle health and blood formation, both nuts contain very similar amounts (approx 5%). Almonds pack 19% magnesium - essential for strong bones, compared to the 11% in walnuts. Walnuts, however, have very high amounts of copper (50%) and manganese (54%) which prove to be useful in reducing symptoms of PMS as compared to almonds.
  • Fibre content: Fiber,which plays a vital role in completing the process of digestion, is another component that these nuts pack healthy amounts of. Almonds contain 16% fiber whereas walnuts have 8%.
  • Vitamin content: While walnuts contain 12% Vitamin B6, compared to the 3% in almonds, the real point of difference between these two highly healthy nuts is in their content of Vitamin E - essential for healthy skin and eyes. Almonds contain almost 48% of it, whereas walnuts contain only about 2% of the same.

Thus, we get a fair idea about the high nutritional content for both these nuts. They are both essential, especially if they can be incorporated into our diets in the correct proportions. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dietitian-nutritionist.

I have excess fat in my hips, thighs and arms. I was 76 kgs two years ago and came down to 68 now. I could somehow loose weight but am not able to loose weight in arms, thighs and hips which is making my structure look awkward. Hello dear do exercise for arms, hips and thighs daily in two times in a day .cardio workout are effective at helping the body burn fat, reduce calories intake take healthy diets .Drinks. Increasing your intake of pure spring water between meals will help you increase your metabolism so it is easy to burn fat. Eat Smaller Meals More Frequently. .Use strength training exercises to tone the muscles in your thighs. Try swimming to burn arms and legs equally. People often cycle, run or walk which strengthens underlying leg muscles without improving the arms. The normal range of values for AST (SGOT) is from 5 to 40 units per liter of serum (the liquid part of the blood). The normal range of values for ALT (SGPT) is from 7 to 56 units per liter of serum. To reduce levels :- Get more vitamin D Avoid foods high in fat. Avoid foods high in salt or sodium Get daily exercise and consult a doctor near to you for a proper treatment .

hello jaikishan,include full cream milk and milk products in ur diet . eat every fruits and vegeatbles. include protein in ur diet on regular basiscs. add some sweet dish every day.
