Hello lybrate-user, Though your question is not very clear, I am getting a picture that you are working out without a trainer around, and hence this body changes. When you start working our with a trainer they will usually assess your body type and then start your session initially with warm ups and then with weights and other equipment's. Hence I suggest you start you gym sessions with a gym instructor and see the changes yourself.

Take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs, lean meat and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. To rebuild body tissues, a good nutritional status is important do reply back for private consultation.

Hi, losing 20 kgs in just 3 months is not advisable. Lose gradually. You must be feeding your baby, so don't go for fad diet. Eat balanced one. Include complex carbohydrates, sufficient proteins and healthy fats, seasonal fruits, leafy vegetables in sufficient amount. Hydrate yourself well. Avoid foods which are loaded with ghee, fried foods, sweets and junk. Take sufficient rest.

Your BMI is 22.15 that means you have perfect weight for your height. Why do you want to add more weight. Hello, To reduce belly fat along with walking try bending exercises like surya namaskar, leg lifts, cruches. Focus on eating fat burners like ginger, garlic, apple cider vinegar, lemon, turmeric pepper. Add complex carbs to diet like millets, raw vegetables, and fruits.
