There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try sitz bath. I understand that you mean anal fissues (you have written-fisher) potassium permagnate crystals in warm water in a baby tub, sit in it for few minutes, it works like chemical cauterization (burning or shrinking the tissue by chemicals, other cartery is electrical, which we use in major surgeries to stop blood from bleeding vessels) do write back after 2 weeks. Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Dear Doctor (looking to be answered by a GI specialist), I'm a 38 years old male. Natively from Uttarakhand hills, living in Delhi NCR since 19 yrs. Before coming to Delhi, I've never had any stomach related problem. I had a great metabolism, and good digestion. Was thin even after eating a lot. However, things gradually turned towards other side as I settled here. Initially I had issues of infrequent constipation, which developed into piles in 6 years of stay. That cured with dietary habit changes like increase in vegetables and fibers etc. I'm a vegetarian with once in a while egg consumption. Since last 4-5 yrs, my weight is gradually increasing even though I eat controlled 3 meals a day, having veggies, dal, and 6 roti in all a day, and 1-2 fruits. Dietary issues had increased day by day. I have a distend stomach now although not very visible. I'm in IT industry mostly sitting and working. My height is 5 ft 4 inch and weight is 68 kg. May daily routine is- I wake up around 6 AM. Have a glass of honey lemon warm water. Go to washroom. Then I take a ginger tea and/ or a green tea. I do practice Yoga for 20-30 mins and read newspaper. During and after that I need to go to toilet again, in all 2 to 3 times in the morning. Bowels are soft, not well bound. Even loose sometimes. After bath I take a healthy breakfast of roti, sabji with curd or buttermilk, and a fruit at around 9 AM. Sometimes I need to go to toilet again after breakfast. I have similar food at lunch in office, and usually take a stroll of 500 mtr-1 Km after lunch. Usually I feel heavy after lunch and urge to go to toilet starts at 3-4 PM. If its very forcing, I go to toilet with mostly very low or no output at all. I usually avoid outside food and junk food. I feel lethargic. Since last 3-4 months, developed stiff back pain in lumber area. This gradual problem of multiple time urge to go to toilet, heaviness, lethargy, back pain is hampering my work, otherwise I'm known to be very active and agile in my work. Off late, I'm also facing memory loss and lack of concentration issue, I'm not finding it interesting to read/ learn new things. I have been smoker, left smoking around 4 years ago. You should go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s, Lft . blood sugar , Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy).Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). An X-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography). Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take. Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods,junk foos,oily meal,avoid stress,non-veg.,. drink plenty of water.take digestive meal ,salaad,green veg,whole grain foods,oats.go for walk. You can take tab. Charcol at night. Syp. Never go for fat burner to reduce fat! as they causes harm to your body. Keep check on your food intake, bring changes in your food choices, avoid outside & refined foods. Include some physical activity in your schedule keep yourself motivated through out the day to reduce fat.

Mix clarified butter and sugar in equal proportion (around 1 tbsp of each). Eat this mix at least 30 minutes before your meal on an empty stomach. Consume it for one month. You will definitely see dramatic results.

This means either her diet is wrong or she is not receiving proper treatment kindly mention ongoing treatment in detail and revert. Slip disc is difficult to treat but you should use lumbosacral belt and proper posture is really important in your case. Avoid massages by inexperienced people.

Mr. Lybrate-user, diabetes mellitus if not well controlled, affects small and large blood vessels, leading to problems with multiple organs like eyes (retina) kidney and microvasculature of penis. The last effect does lead to erection dysfunction affecting sexual life. So it is essential to achieve a strict blood glucose control all the while. Maintaining fasting level around 100 mg, pp between 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <6.8 is necessary, to delay or prevent long term complications. To achieve a strict sugar control following things are needed: appropriate drug treatment, regular exercise for at least 1 hour a day, maintaining near normal weight and strict diet control. You already have a bmi of almost 27 kgs/m2, (normal <23 kgs/m2). Your ideal body weight should be 70 kgs. Being over weight affects blood sugar control as excess fat increases insulin resistance.

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Young man you seems to be spending ut time thinking abt sex and masturbation. What have you done for the last 2 years to improve your health. There is no magic formula which can make you better instantaneously. Get following tests done blood cbc, blood sugar f/pp, lft, usg of whole abdomen and report, stop doing masturbation for the time being, for testi s problem show to surgeon I hope this will satisfy u. Write report for tests for further advise and medicine good luck.
