Hello, you can lose 3 kg in a month very easily if you eat on time, avoid junk foods if you are taking any and one hour of physical activity everyday. Also take warm lemon water with honey and flax seeds powder every morning hope this helps. Wishing you good health.

Hello, cutting down all junk foods, taking healthy balanced food, eating breakfast, keeping yourself active throughout the day or engaging in some sports, drinking more water, sleeping for at least 7 hrs will help you lose weight. Hope this helped. Wishing you good health.

Hello, For PCOD, avoid all junk foods and include more fibre rich foods like greens and other vegetables, also more protein rich foods. Do exercise. For at least 45 mins everyday. Drink. More water and sleep for at least 7 hrs daily. Diet chart can be given only after knowing your details. If you need a personalised diet chart, kindly consult me personally. Hope this helps. Dear lybrate-user, Good you have taken initiative to reduce weight. Kindly check whether you have any medical issues like hypothyroidism, PCOD etc. If you have any medical conditions, weight loss can be little tough. Also do not put yourself into crash diets. Hi lybrate-user, Take more protein rich foods likes eggs and lean meat if you are a non-vegetarian or pulses like soaked white channa, red banana with milk and honey, milkshakes, healthy fats like nuts, avocado etc. Ghee, cheese also helps in weight gain. Dear lybrate-user, Good to know you are concerned about your health. First of all, eating breakfast is very important. Skipping breakfast gains weight. Also sitting most of the time at work will add weight to your lower part of the body. It is important to cut down beer and spend at least 30 minutes for urself everyday on physical activity and be very mindful of what you eat. Walk or keep urself active at your work place. Use stairs whenever you can. Say no to junk foods and take more salads. Apart from food, drinking more water and breathing deeply also helps in weight loss. Hello lybrate-user, Greetings. Baby's neck should be stable by 5th or 6th month. But each child differs. Anyway it is important for a baby to get a stable neck. You can put your baby on his/her tummy while awake, so it ll strengthen the neck muscles when head and chest is lifted frequently. You can also. Hi lybrate-user, Actual Vitamin B12 levels can be up to 900 pg/ml. And high levels of this nutrient is not common. But high levels can be due to various reasons and can indicate some serious illness like disease in the liver, kidney or blood. It is better to consult a general physician at first and then proceed as per his instructions since the underlying reasons differ. Always take a second opinion before consulting any specialist.
