Hello Mr. lybrate-user Paschimtosana doesn't involve compression over chest. Also, remember to exhale out breathe while bending forwards to touch feet. LBBB may involve heart decompensation, and resulting chest pain. Go to cardiologist for checkup. Thank u.

Don't take stress it is one of the leading causes for almost all diseases. So be carefull avoid taking stress indulge in some activity. For putting on weight have high calorie foods like milk shakes don't skip any of your meal. In between have snacks like veg cheese sandwich sprouts milk shakes fruitcustard.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. hello great job. you need not worry. 1 hr walking is good enough, try to make it brisk and do some jogging. take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. sleep for 7-9 hours per night. avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. include sprouts, whole grains, seasonal fruits and veggies. drink plenty of water. take 3-4 cups of green tea. thank u

Hello, take single dose of Causticum 200 ch , 5 drops. Take Rhus tox. 200, 5 drops in the morning and bryonia 200, 5 drops daily evening. Five phos , 4 tabs twice daily. Revert me after 10 days.

Hye. Ideally supplements are meant to add or supplement your basic diet, when you are either deficient in some nutrient or or your needs are high. Side effects are there when you try to take a supplement when not needed by the body. So, assess first whether you need to supplement your diet and your reason should be justified.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Anxiety and stress can have an impact on your insulin levels, achyut as when you are stressed your body is trying to metabolise the food faster to provide the body with the energy quicker. This can lead to disbetes like symptoms. It is best to address stress-causing factors in your life at the earliest and to readjust your diet and exercise regimen. Mr. lybrate-user Kumar, Bajra roti is just as good as jowar roti. There is hardly any difference. Both contain mainly starch. It can be eaten for any of the day's meal. All dry fruits are good enough. But almonds and walnuts (akrod) are supposed to be much better. One can eat 5 to 8 almonds and a few walnuts in the morning. Other dry fruits can be eaten occasionally. There is nothing like great benefit in dry fruits. Thanks.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Firstly no food or remedy works in isolation. If your basic diet and lifestyle is not right then no food or remedy will give you full benefits. Although turmeric as our regional cooking style dictates is anyway a part of our diet and that is very good. You can add turmeric in milk, healthy snacks or in cooked foods and it will still benefit you but to see specific results you need to first work on your basic diet and improve lifestyle.
