Hye. Nutritional supplements are meant to complement a healthy diet, not replace it. If you're generally healthy and eat a wide variety of foods, you probably don't need nutritional supplements. In certain cases, however, fortified foods and dietary supplements may be useful in providing one or more nutrients you "are deficient in". You also may want to consider a nutritional supplement if you don't eat enough healthy foods or don't eat a healthy variety of foods, if you have an underlying medical condition. So, your diet, exercise or physical activity, stress levels, lifestyle, medical condition needs to be assessed to decide whether you need supplementation.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a high protein high calorie diet

If your cardiovascular & respiratory system is not giving you problems, start exercising after worming up & stretching. You can go for walks. Increasing the intensity & duration slowly. By doing this you can be kept away from taking medicines for many years! With regular exercises you may be able to savour some of your favorite food dishes! Start working out!

Hi lybrate-user first you should take as much as plenty of water or milk which reduces burning in stomuch. And avoid spicy food or chillies. Take curd and cold things. And one dose lycopodium 200 (2-3 drpos only) once a day.

In 10 days you can lose 1 Kg. Not possible to lose 7-9 kg in 10 days. Even if you eat nothing for 10 days you can lose at max 3 kgs

Sir I already try natural remedies but not stopped. It is start automatically stopped after 3 days (hiccups). But the 3 days I was very suffered from this. Nausea, unable to breath properly, talking problem, acidity, stomach burn, etc past 9 months back pleural effusion is left lung. Thats why done pleuroscopy that is any infection problem? Give me proper solution thanking You.

It is irritation of diaphragm and you may have to check up and decide on medication .Various agents have been reported to cure hiccups. Chlorpromazine appears to be the drug of choice. Haloperidol and metoclopramide have been used successfully. Several anticonvulsant agents (eg, phenytoin, valproic acid, and carbamazepine) have effectively treated intractable hiccups in typical anticonvulsant doses

Hello! the 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items.

Try to combine different exercises for best results. Every day you should be doing 40-60 minutes of exercise to include walking, jogging and climbing stairs. Also you can do some Aerobics / Zumba / Abs crunches for better fitness. You can visit youtube for following different kinds of exercises. Do exercises regularly and enjoy the journey.

1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Run as per your capacity only after doing stretching exercise and I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.
