Start regular exercise minimum of 150 per week and avoid oil fried, oily and ready made foods. Take more of vegetables and fruits.

Is your thyroid disorder controlled. If not it can cause weight gain. Start some physical activity like walking/cycling or any form of exercise and avoid junk food and oily foods.

No vitamin e Capsule content cannot be used externally. Vitamin e topical lotion is there which can be used for skin irritation. Other than that it much cosmetic use.

Yes. Long term Vitamin c can cause hyperoxaluria His in turn increases the possibility of forming calcium oxalate stones.

Only low fat diet and cardio for half hour everyday is not helpful. Walking or cycling for minimum 300 min per week or at least 1 hr per day is required. In your diet include lot of fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk and fast food, Carbonated drinks, cheese, sweets, fried foods.
