allopathic treatment can be very good and effective. ayurvedic treatment for arthritis contains bhasm and gold which can be very toxic, so the claims that it is side effect free is totally wrong...also many a times unchecked and unregulated ayurvedic powders (patients never ask about source of ayurvedic drugs unlike allopathic which is always printed) contain steroids which gives good relief but can be harmful

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi. Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? any underlying medical condition? the pain in legs can be because of - muscle cramps (due to tiredness or dehydration), shin splints (doing activity over and over on hard surfaces can bring this on. You may also be more likely to get shin splints if you have flat feet or your feet turn outward. Rest your legs to feel better. Ice helps), tendinitis (you can get it from overworking the calf muscle or climbing the stairs, apply ice to get some relief), sprains (do rest, ice, compression & elevation). Other causes are varicose veins, arterial disease, sciatica, diabetic neuropathy. Medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

Stretch stretch stretch in between your work every one or two hrs, for few minutes. Walk for two three minutes too if possible. At night drink dashmoola kwath 20 ml + 20 ml castor oil daily. Report after a week.

Hello, * you r over weight by 15 kg, causing pain in knee-joint, it may travel down to ankle- joint, too. * you need to work on your obesity, first to get rid of knee- joint, pain. * go for meditation, sitting on a chair, too. * get examined for uric acid level. * take, easily digestible diet in time. **home-care** @ colchicum 1000-6 pills, once a wk. @ ruta 30-6 pills, thrice a day. Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

A ligament tear can not heal without surgery. Acl tear is normally seen in people who play sports. So if you want to continue playing then you have no option but to go for a surgery. But, if you are not going to indulge in too many physical activities then you can avoid surgery and go for physiotherapy - ayurvedic physiotherapy can manage your pain very well. Consult a nearby clinic and go for janu vasti sessions. This will not heal the tear but it will make you pain free.

check ur suger level and apply ice pack on swelled area. avoid long standing and do gently stretching exercise. 14 glass water per day avoid spicy food do core strength exercise

Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart. Neck. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs.
