I agree as well that dark complexion is not a curse. Your skin color is genetically determined and can never be changed drastically with any treatment. Instead of getting obsessed with fair complexion, I suggest you aim for a glowing, radiant and blemish free skin. This can be achieved by maintaining a proper diet and adequate water intake, following a healthy lifestyle. Additionally certain medications, namely oral antioxidants, regular use of sunscreen and certain vitamin supplements if taken under proper guidance will definitely help to reverse the damage sun, stress, aging has caused to your skin and improve your overall appearance. Walnuts are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids that have multiple health benefits including lowering bad cholesterol and increasing brain power. But did you know that having a few walnuts everyday can actually lower your risk of getting type 2 diabetes? read on to find out how.

So how can walnuts prevent diabetes?

Both high levels of ldl cholesterol in your body and improper blood vessel functioning increase the chances of developing type 2 diabetes. Making walnuts a part of your daily diet results in the enhanced functioning of your blood vessels and lowers the amount of harmful ldl cholesterol in your body, thereby reducing the risk of developing diabetes. Moreover, consuming walnuts can lower your chances of becoming obese (due to their high fibre content), which is another risk factor for diabetes.

Are there any scientific studies to back it up?

Recently a study conducted by the harvard university proved that having a fixed amount of walnuts per week was instrumental in lowering the risk of getting diabetes. This study consisted of a detailed analysis of the health and lifestyle of about 138, 000 women over the last 10 years. They were asked in every two years about their health and daily routine. Once in every four years, they disclosed information about their daily diet and the kind of food they had and how often they had it. When the research was initiated none of the participants were suffering from diabetes, while at the end of it there were nearly 6000 women who had been diagnosed with the condition. The study led researchers towards the conclusion that those women who consumed 57 or more grams of walnut every week (which is equivalent to 14 walnuts/week) reduced their risk of getting diabetes by 24%, and those who ate about 28 grams of walnut per week ensured 13% lower chances of developing diabetes.

So, start eating walnuts today to get the most of its health benefits. You can have them as a snack or you can add chopped nuts to your usual foods like rice, soups, smoothies or breakfast cereals to keep diabetes at bay.

Hi lybrate-user never take supplements stop eating wheat and wheat products for 1 month, avoid sugar, canned food, refined (use sarso oil only), secondly eat seasonal fruits every alternative days and other alternative days only normal dal, vegetables and rice or mostly south indian dishes. Stat eating triphla chooran in morning emty stomach with luke warm water (available in patanjali stores). And the most important thing start doing surya namaskar in morning. Try not to eat anything after sunset, this will make you slim and healthy.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take medohar guggal of baidyanath 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert.

We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Take tablet Pan-D before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2 cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional.

Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

Cocoa butter is famous for its anti-wrinkling and anti-aging properties. It helps in enhancing the blood circulation, which reduces stretch marks. Massage the affected area with cocoa butter at least two times a day. Repeat the process for two months and notice the reduced scars. Else, mix half cup of cocoa butter with one tablespoon of wheat germ oil, one teaspoon of tea kernel oil, two teaspoons of grated beeswax, and vitamin E oil. Heat the mix until the beeswax melts. Apply it on the stretch marks twice or thrice a day.
