I was having loose motion so I took tablet and now my stool is so hard that I have to do pressure and first time I saw blood along with stool. Blood drops continued during stool. My stool is hard from one week but today I found blood drop. Blood drops were red in colour. Only during stool I see that and I get the pain apart from that everything is fine.Please help me.

Lybrate-user you can take laxatives like isabgul husk 2 tsf in night with 2 glass water or lactulose containing syrups in the same way as above. Drink plenty of water and have green leafy vegetables and roughage. Do not exert while passing stool. You ll b fine soon.

I tried so hard to control masturbation but I failed. I have an easy access to internet, so I am addicted to porn. I am masturbating since the age of 13 and now I am 22 years 5 months old. From the past 10 months I am masturbating extremely. I am masturbating two-three times daily, without missing a single day. I am so much depressed about how to overcome this bad habit. The major problem is that my body has become very weak, but I am not loosing wait. Actually. I am overweight. Finally, I diagnosed following problems in my body- 1. Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep, but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters. Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 1.It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2.Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3.If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4.The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5.Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 6.Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 7.What you eat throughout the day makes a difference to the quality of your sleep. Don't drink too much water, or else you will be making more midnight trips to the bathroom than clocking those sleep hours. 8.Try to keep your head clear of all worries and stress when in bed. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Stamina" is the strength and energy needed to exert oneself for an extended period of time. Tips to increase stamina:- 1. Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Food is the fuel your body gets its energy from. A healthy, well-balanced diet keeps your body healthy and energized, raising your stamina. Try to eat a well-balanced, low-fat diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables and lean meats. For long-lasting energy,  having up to a third of your diet be composed of starches and carbohydrates (whole wheat varieties are preferable. To keep your body steadily supplied with energy throughout get energy by eating several smaller meals throughout the day rather than one or two large meals. Snack on fruits, raw vegetables, nuts and other lean proteins between meals. Carry high-energy fruit and nut mixes with you during times of extended performance, such as hiking, cycling or cramming for final exams. 2. Stay hydrated. The health benefits of drinking lots of water are numerous - it can help you lose weight, prevent kidney stones, and much more. Water can also increase stamina by fighting muscle fatigue. Muscle tissue that is under-hydrated can under-perform, so keep your stamina up by drinking about 17 ounces of water a few hours before strenuous exercise. If you're starting on a long distance run or an extended exercise, have plenty of fluids with you so they'll be available if you get thirsty later. 3. Get plenty of physical exercise. Though it will tire you out in the short term, physical exercise increases your overall energy level and stamina over a long period of time. For optimal health and increased stamina, make time in your schedule for regular exercise. For adults, the Department of Health and Human Services recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate cardiovascular exercise per week (or 75 minutes of intense cardiovascular exercise), along with strength-building exercise sessions at least twice a week. 4. Quit smoking as quickly as you can. You can take nicotex chewing gum instead of smoking. Gradually reduce the dose and stop it. You can quit smoking like that.

There are a various causes for stomach problems, treatment depends on the location, severity and type of pain. Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a condition in which man has trouble in keeping or getting an erection. It is a common male sexual dysfunction. It becomes more common as you get older but it is not a part of aging. MECHANISM OF ERECTION An erection starts in the brain. Physical and mental stimulation is required for an erection to begin. This stimulation causes nerves in the brain to send chemical messages to nerves which are present in the penis which results in the free flow of blood into the penis. This leads to high pressure in the penis which in turn traps the blood within both corpora cavernosa and then the penis expand. This causes the penis to sustain an erection. When the inflow of blood is stopped, then it opens outflow channels and then penis becomes soft. Then an erection is said to be reversed. CAUSES OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION Erection is a complex process which involves hormones, brain, emotions, muscles, nerves and blood vessels. Problem with any one of these can lead to erectile dysfunction. Sometimes stress and mental health can also lead to erectile dysfunction. Combination of Physical and Psychological issues can lead to erectile dysfunction. Some medicines like antidepressants can also cause this and if you are taking any medication you have to discuss with your treating doctor to change or stop medicine if possible PHYSICAL CAUSES OF ED •Heart disease, high blood pressure, High cholesterol. •Parkinson's disease, obesity, alcoholism, atherosclerosis. •Use of tobacco, surgeries that affect the pelvic area or spinal cord. •Treatments for prostate cancer. PSYCHOLOGICAL ISSUES OF ED: Depression, anxiety, stress and other mental health conditions are some of the psychological issues which causes erectile dysfunction. SYMPTOMS OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION •Trouble in getting erection •Difficulty in keeping erection •Reduced sexual desire To Prevent ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION By decreasing the chances of developing several diseases like diabetes, heart disease and hypertension, chances of developing erectile dysfunction can be decreased to some extent. By eating healthy diet, erectile dysfunction can be managed. By doing Exercise daily and by avoiding smoking, risk for developing erectile dysfunction can be decreased. If you do not have any diseases it is only your mind that is preventing your erection. So you need to be calm and stop worrying about it and keep on doing normally.

Avoid tea/coffee alcohol, smoking spicy food. Life style changes and food habbits can solve your problem easily. Chew your food properly. Avoid outside food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner 7. Shir shuladi vajra ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner.

Stop intake of spicy, unhealthy, junk and heavy food for 1 month. Take 1 tsf avipattikar churna empty stomach with water/ 15 days/ once daily. 2 tab shankh vati 2 tab arogyavardhani vati 30 min after meals// 15 days. drink plenty of fluids and water. do fasting once a week( fruits diet only like pineapple, pomegranate,orange,gauva,papya) and buttermilk for that day.

Unfortunately there is no medicine to stop or cure lipomas. Lipoma is a benign disease. If they are too big in size and causing cosmetic problem they can be removed.

I am an chronic asthma patient. I am fed up of alopathy medicines. Can you suggest me home remedies?

I strongly recommended start ayurveda. Actualy asthma is a vata domient disease. In monsoon it may b increses. You have not given detail history & symptoms. But main treatment mentioned in our ancient text are mild purgation, massage, steam & oraly medication. Stop causative factor like curd, day sleep, over eating, to eat without hunger, excess drinking water, sweety, salty & sour food. I m suggesting you 3 things 1) drink only half boiled water. Dont take unboiled water 2) ginger + turmeric- 2 2 teaspoon with old honey, before food 30 min 3) bishopweed seed+ cummin seed 2 2 spoon, whole seed after breakfast n each meal. Give follow up.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily.Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health.GOOD DAY.
