Dr. I am facing wrist and finger joint pain from 2 years. It was in wrist first then fingers. Earlier my RA factor was positive and ESR increased. But now from 4 months RA factor is negative but ESR is high 40. And pain is not going. Also am getting pain in back and ankles as well. Pls suggest.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must

You may be having viral fever due to change of weather condition dobwarm saline gargle regularly have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. In the mean time you can have a tab paracetamol or calpol. It will be alright.

I have got pain in my shoulder for which I could not throw anything. What should I do?
Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

I am having continuous pain in the right side of my lower back. I was fit in previous year, I was going to gym ,i was doing leg workout and during workout something happened. Then after some days I was mild pain when I lift any heavy item. This pain is mild but comes when I carry heavy load. I am going to gym these days. I am now conscious about this problem. Check ur fever or any type of infection u might be suffering from . Give some time to relax ur body . Use arnica 1m 5drops in a cup of water daily
