Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will.

I am 53 year old now. Male. I have complete body pain always inclusive of knee pain and all kinds of join as I am also suffering for premature arthritis. I have not seen sound sleep in the night so far. Always lethargic during day time. After eating the food immediately I get sleepy mood. My present weight is 95 Kgs.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

By modernisation we are changing our surroundings. Previously we used to walk on soft floor. Now we are walking on much harder floor. Our running surface has been changed, our sitting posture, our living standard, our lifestyle all the things are changing. Pain is a biggest enemy of human body. Simply if you have pain you ask for a painkiller but how is it helping you? It is infact killing you. You are subsiding your pain by suppressing your pain center. After some time there is a again recurrence of pain, you are again taking painkiller. If you have a back pain than rest is a best solution, follow this instruction - sleep without pillow, hot fomantation on back.

I am suffering from knocked knees, please suggest me some suggestions to correct it without surgery, I am following two things to correct it 1. Keeping pillow between legs and 2. Running and walking around 8 km a day. Will this methods will help me? Please reply as soon as possible thank you.

If I lift any weights or if I walk some extent or if I put a weight on any leg then my ankles start paining and my nerves swell as the same on hands my shoulders pain and my wrist pain and nerves swell when I walk I hear some sounds from my bones and also chest bones also sounds some times when I turn side and have some pain I'm 21 years for now I have this kind of bones pain sounds help me and suggest medicine.

This is due to the improper posture as while sitting in front of the computer and it leads to neck pain and thereby it leads to shoulder pain It is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder.

Hi Naman, ankle pain maybe due to sprain. Use crepe bandage for ankle and wrap it like figure of 8 around your ankle. Exercises for ankle: draw alphabet from your great toe with ankle movement but your leg should be static while making alphabet. It will maintain your strength of muscle connected with ankle.
