Anal fissure if not responding to conservative treatment needs surgery for permanent cure. Meanwhile you can apply nitroglycerine ointment for local application.

Dear lybrateuser, - For stomach bloating take some precautions, - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food, alcohol & smoking if you do - have more of fruits, vegetables & whole grains, also chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 5-6 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have oral fluids as recommended since you have kidney infection - for bloating have a tablet of Pan 40, 1 tab daily half an hour before breakfast - for kidney problem carry on with the prescribed medicine.
