Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

For the past 10 years I have been suffering from cold severely especially in winter and rainy season.

1. Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2. Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily. 3. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5mg) at bed time. 4. Drink lukewarm water/hot soup/herbal tea etc 5. If you have recurrent attack of cold you may be having sinusitis/allergic rhinitis 6. Take plain xray pns/ct scan of pns after consulting ent specialist to exclude sinusitis and take treatment accordingly 7. If sinusitis is excluded, it I could be due to allergic rhinitis, do an allergy test after consulting allergy specialist/immunologist to find out the cause of allergy and follow the treatment and advice accordingly.

Surely not be is not any kind of answer for weight loss if you have no any heat problem you can try gomutra arka every day in morning fasting only 2 spoon with leuke warm water 1 glass.

Nightfalls are very common at your age and nightfalls occurring once in 2-3 months are normal. Nightfalls occur due to overflow incontinence. It does not cause weakness at all. If it occurs more often then you may need some treatment.

Hello. Dr.I am 54 I was suffering from loss of appetite, savior gas, booting and sometimes loose motions for many many years, some how managed with every season with local doctor. Recent developments is my family doctor prescribed Bandy plus tablet to wife and two grown up kids as single dose. I am person who slept that night with lot of relief. Again immediately after 3 days my above issues are returned immediately with more savior. As family doctor was away I took unknowingly Bandy plus 6 mg+400 mg tablet again for another two nights, I was again observed relief. Now 4 days over but morning after breakfast I feel discomfort in stomach more after lunch. I am afraid with out proper advice taking Bandy plus in morning, after noon and night? Is it safe to use this medicine thrice a day? If Yes how long duration of course, if no what is the alternative medicine of solution. Please.

My wife is 31 years old and suffering form urinary tract infection for last 2 to 2.5 years every time she has felling burning sensation in urine after taking medicine then she is fine. I have consulted with 4 to 5 doctors all said that this will remain for life time every time if this happens then take the medicine there is no permanent solution for this. Please advide. She has kidney stone in 2012. In lat ultra sound no stone found by rg stones in 2014.

  1. Hot summer weather suppresses your appetite: Sunlight may help weight loss in summer season by increasing serotonin levels. That’s one way doctors treat the depression of seasonal affective disorder. Increased levels of serotonin reduce some people’s need to eat, especially if the cravings are for comfort foods. In a 2013 study, people who worked out in a hot environment (86° F) ate less afterward than those who exercised in a cooler setting (50° F). Get scaling done and brush your teeth twice a day and use dental floss and mouthwash n do warmsaline rinces 3-4 times a day and scrap your tongue twice day and tel me d status after 5 days.
