I have some problems in colour blindness and distance between 6\6, what should I do?
There is no known treatment. However, there are special contact lenses and glasses that may help people with color blindness tell the difference between similar colors. Color blindness is a lifelong condition. Most people are able to adjust to it without difficulty or disability. Homoeopathic medicine santonine 3x (dr reckeweg) chew 2 tab twice daily for 3 months. If the color blindness is partial ie. If one pigment is missing then the above homoeopathic medicine is very useful in that case as seen in my general practise. I will advise you, that what ever is your condition, you should start taking this medicine. Purely homeopathic, no side effects.

There is a solution to everything, low self-confidence is often caused by the negative thoughts running through our minds on an endless track. If you are constantly bashing yourself and saying you're not good enough, aren't attractive enough, aren't smart enough or athletic enough, and on and on, you are creating a self-fulfilling prophecy. You are becoming what you are preaching inside your head, and that's not good. The next time you hear that negativity in your head, switch it immediately to a positive affirmation and keep it up until it hits the caliber of a self-confidence boost. 4. Be prepared learn everything there is to know about your field, job, presentation--whatever is next on your" to conquer" list. If you are prepared, and have the knowledge to back it up, your self-confidence will soar. 5. For tough times, when all else fails: create a great list life is full of challenges and there are times when it's difficult to keep our self-confidence up. Sit down right now and make a list of all the things in your life that you are thankful for, and another list of all the things you are proud of accomplishing. Once your lists are complete, post them on your refrigerator door, on the wall by your desk, on your bathroom mirror--somewhere where you can easily be reminded of what an amazing life you have and what an amazing person you really are. If you feel your self-confidence dwindling, take a look at those lists and let yourself feel and be inspired all over again by you.

The solution for this problem Is its reduced usage and while using computers use them inproper light. There is nothing more effective than controlling usage to reduce and negate the effects. You can also reduce the intensity of the computor’s screen by attaching a filter or by getting an eye-friendly screen. Above all, one must try to reduce the amount of computor usage or take frequent breaks. So take frequent breaks while you are working Every 20-25 mins take break to look away from screen Blink more frequently' Level of screen should be below the level of eyes Ac should not blow directly on your face. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle power Here are seven super quick and easy ways to give your eyes a break during your all those smartphone marathon sessions. 1. Blink, blink and blink again. Blinking often (and for more than a second) keeps your eyes moist and reduces dryness and irritation. We tend blink about a third less than we normally would when we stare at our smartphone screens, which starves our poor peepers of protective tears. Keep your eyes wet by blinking about 10 times every 20 minutes or so and you should be good to go. 2. Minimize glare. Unless you have a smartphone equipped with anti-glare Corning Gorilla Glass or use a matte screen protector film, you’re probably coping with a fair amount of annoying reflective glare. 3. Take breaks. Follow 20-20-20 rule. The concept is to take a break from looking at your screen every 20 minutes for 20 seconds while looking at something 20 feet away. Doing so relaxes your eye muscles 4. Adjust your brightness. Having your screen too bright or too dark stresses your eyes out and can cause problems maintaining focus. To eliminate either issue in about a matter of seconds, simply go into your smartphone settings and adjust your screen brightness so it’s about the same as the light level in the environment around you 5. Tweak your text size and contrast. Adjusting your smartphone text contrast and size also provides a little much-needed relief. 6. Keep a clean screen. Routinely wipe down your smartphone screen with a dry (not wet!) cleaning cloth to remove distracting dust, grime, smudges and fingerprints. 7. Hold your smartphone farther away. Try holding yours at least 16 to 18 inches away from your eyes to give your eyes a break.

Eye sight Here is a good protocol that I follow to improve eyesight for children successfully: - stop watching TV, too close to it, especially if the screen is large - no cell phone (the light from the screen and RF radiation oxidizes them and is very damaging to the eyes). Laptop and tablets only if needed. - Calc Phos 30, every other day, four pellets in the morning to improve calcium assimilation. Children need more calcium and this is frequently the underlying cause. You can make it every 4th day after 3 or 4 doses. Give Fish Oil, if it completely agrees. If there is any discomfort after the tablet, do not continue. If they agree, continue for a few months. Please report after 2 months. For adults, the original protocol or even simply, Ruta 6 and Calc Phos 3xalternately helps. Advise to take Physostigma 30 daily one dose early in the morning and Ruta 10M weekly one dose i.e. Every sunday and stop other medicine on this da5y.
