There is no easy way to lose weight. You have to exercise and eat healthy to work it off. Start by cutting out rice, baked items, bread, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. Go for more fruits, vegetables and protein in your meals. Snack on nuts. Start out with a 30-minute walk daily. Hi sir, I'm feeling so stressed due to some issues, who to control my mind from stress.
Information is not sufficient. Please share in detail. Knowing the reason is very much important to relieve stress and become happy. As a general advice, distraction is very important for you. Keep yourself distracted from your problem as thinking too much about it would make you more sick. Problems don't get solved by worrying about them all the time. Your mind needs time and space to think. Spend time in doing activities which you like and which make you feel energetic and motivated. This way you will distract yourself from problems and when time would be right, you may rethink over your problems and reflect on possible solutions. This is called incubation period which is followed when we want to arrive at a solution.

Dear, These are the causes of acne: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid acne: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes.

Hello first of all, start using sunscreen regularly. You have to use sunscreen daily, two -three times a day. Apply sunscreen half hour before leaving outdoors. 2. Physical protection s also very important is form of sun glassses, cap. 3. You can consider going for chemical peeling procedure for improvement in skin tone.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.
