I got white heads on my face on chick bone so please suggest me some preventive measures.
These are the methods to treat white heads - .• whiteheads are formed due to blocking of skin pores .Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily . • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the blackheads three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of MAHAMANJISTHARISTA of BAIDYANATH company ,meal it in a glass of water & take it once a day after meals

Hello lybrate-user, it might be because of dandruff, If your hair is thin, damaged, dry or brittle or you are suffering from dandruff, some simple changes into your daily nutrition needs & hair care can give you thick, bouncy and shiny hair. While your hair type mostly depends on your genetics, stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair health and appearance. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using eggs, green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry, thyme, chamomile etc. Condition your hair using organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Rosemary tea once in a while. Limit frequent brushing of hair, use of chemicals or hair dryer as they tend to damage even the finest hair if you have. Choosing a good shampoo according to your hair type is very important. Dry or brittle hair shampoo requirement is different from oily hair. A professional hair and scalp analysis to get right hair care products for you is worth than spending time and energy on wrong products. Make a visit to your nearest dermatologist soon to get head turning hair.

Hair hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of.

Due to dandruff you can have hair fall. Do not worry it will be ok once you get rid of dandruff. Start with protar k shampoo but go for dermatologist advice as far as possible as that we can assess how much severe dandruff is there.

hello lybrate user, there are various causes of acne like oily or dry skin due to hormonal imbalance, medicinal side effects, exposure to dust, pollution,  hereditary, lack of enough sleep, stress, unhealthy food habits etc..; dust clogs the tiny openings of sweat gland or oil gland which ultimately results into acne and blackheads. always wash your face with gentle facewash after exposure to dust, pollution. drink plenty of water, 7-8 glass per day to remove toxins from body and maintain hydration. have healthy diet, add more fruits and green veggies in diet.avoid stress, avoid alcohol, junk food. take homeopathic treatment for acne. It is safe, natural, and holistic way of treatment.homeopathic medicine is selected on the basis of thorough details of patient, like medical history, causes, routine, temperament etc..; such well selected medicine gives complete relief and cure, without any side effects. Message back for online homeopathic consultation and treatment.

I have psoriasis since one month have few red small patches on led. Please do help

Psoriasis is manageable, the traditional approach is to start with the mildest treatments topical creams and ultraviolet light therapy (phototherapy) and then progress to stronger ones only if necessary. The goal is to find the most effective way to slow cell turnover with the fewest possible side effects coupled with a dietary therapy specially designed to manage psoriasis. Researchers found several studies linking obesity to an increased risk for psoriatic disease. These studies indicate that a higher body mass index (bmi) is associated with an elevated risk for developing psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, as well as increased disease severity. Obesity may provide the nudge that triggers psoriasis in people who are already predisposed to it, liao said. Previous research suggests that the development of psoriasis could be influenced by the interaction between bmi and certain gene mutations. Researchers also found that in overweight individuals, losing weight may improve the effectiveness of treatments. Fat cells secrete cytokines, which are proteins that can trigger inflammation, explained liao" so if you lose weight, you may be reducing fuel for the fire" do reply back for private consultation for a detailed treatment plan including dietary therapy.

Skin Care Tips In Winters

Skin Care Tips In Winters

Winter weather is not fun for skin. Cold weather and low humidity levels result in dry air. Without immediate care, dry skin can lead to cracking and bleeding, and harsh winter wind makes the problem worse.

Best Skin Care Tips For Winter Season

1. Hot showers and baths always feel good in the winter

2. Keep a moisturizer bottle near the bathtub, shower stall, and at every sink and use liberally every time you wash.

3. Get used to wearing gloves and scarves to protect skin from cold winds.

4. Heating systems dry out the air, so consider installing a humidifier in your home.

5. Eating foods high in water content can help hydrate your skin from the inside out.

6. Homemade hydrating masks can provide needed moisture during the winter months.
