Avoid all strain full activity your muscle is very weak take healthy diet and nutrition and do strength exercise in gradually process which makes your muscle strong. For rigidness take muscle relaxant medicine and heat fermentation or gentle massage. Otherwise take physiotherapy help.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi. Back pain may be due to various reasons. If it is only due to over strain or weakness of muscles. Then spinal extension exercises and core stabilisation exercises will work good.

I am a 25 year old female and have pain below the shoulder and that mountain like bone at back that gets at extreme when I wake up in morning from last 6 months. Consulted with doctors but till the time I take medicines pain is very less but when dose gets over same problem arises again.

Confirm by x-rays of cervical spine ap & lat. Views no pillow under the head during sleep. Do neck & shoulder exercises. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am a 50 year old man. For the past 1 month, I have pain in my right shoulder which gradually stretches in the right hand and even till d fingers. What is it? is it something worrisome. 3months back I had pneumonia also but now its totally cured. My sugar is- fasting 104, after eating 144. Bp is in control as I regularly take medicine. Help would be appreciated thanks.

Pain in shoulders can be due to multiple reasons, but tell me whether you have any neck pain or not? also is it pain which is radiating down your limb from neck/shoulder to entire hand, any associated numbness, abnormal sensations like burning, needle prick etc? is there any h/o injury to shoulder, please tell me these details so that I may advise you further. The first line of treatment of hip arthritis includes activity modification, anti-inflammatory medication, hip injections, and weight loss. Giving up activities that make the pain worse may make this condition bearable for some people. Anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen,naprosyn and the newer Cox-2 inhibitors help alleviate the inflammation that may be contributing to the pain. Furthermore, studies have shown that walking with a cane in your opposite hand significantly decreases the forces across the hip joint. Finally, weight loss helps decrease the force that goes across the hip joint.

This may be due to cervical spondylitis. Have done any investigation like X ray. Keep doing regular neck exercise. Avoid oily, spicy,fast food. Consult online for detail treatment.

My accident happen as a train accident and my both femur fractured in both the femur doctor put rod. I got accident on 2010 it's almost 6 year. First while walking gate problem but it's become very less now is it possible to walk straight without any gate problem. Rod is now also along with femur.

there is minimal gait abnormality found in such types of operations if surgeon performed good surgery. Due to muscle weakness and knee there is some gait problem but resolves as the muscles strengthen.

Innitially apply ice and crepe bandage to affected knee. You will require static quadriceps and hamstring exercises. If no relief in 3 weeks and pain continues or you r not comfortable with your knee, you will require to get mri of the affected knee.

I have compression btw L3 & L4 in spinal cord. Doctor has advised for Rabolin, which is pain killer, for over 15 days. Now I am on Zynoflam Forte for last 10 days. Even after physiotherapy and daily morning evening exercise i have very little improvement. Should i continue with Zynoflam?

Hi, In physiotherapy if you are age is below 50 you can go for intermittent lumbar traction as well as interferntial therapy with spinal exercises. You will subside this pain with in 20 days need not to go for pain killars unless you have untouchable pain

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief. -Consult a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. Hi, get an x-ray of your wrist joint done. Medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter. **********physiotherapy will also help you a lot along with these medicines**************
