With regards to ur age the cause is probably a physical strain in the affected part .. Try to oil the knee with Ayurvedic oils or gingely oil followed by giving a hot water compress with cloth or hot water bag

Firstly at this age if you have neck pain then it might be because of over smartphone use or wrong use of laptop or wrong sleeping postures so dear you need to find out the reason of this pain. If there is swelling and recent pain then apply ice otherwise use hot packs. Do see a good physio nearby get well soon.

Hello, your age as mentioned in your question, is high approx, 10 kg. However, to, gain height, weight & energy you need to follow the under noted tips. You should take, 1200-1600 calories through dietary regulation tk, apples, carrots, cheese, ripened mangoes, soya been, peas, potatoes, rajma, papaya, bananas, milk, pumpkins, tomatoes, spinach, almonds, walnuts, chicken soup, to provide amino acid, omega-3 to feel healthy. - tk, banana with hot milk and butter in d breakfast. - add, ghee in lunch with sprouts, salad, & fruits, providing adequate nutrition. - - go for aerobics for 30 mnts. - go for meditation, yoga to reduce your stress and to nourish cells, tissues to enshape your body & to restore your energy, lost. - go for cycling, jogging, skipping, hanging on a bar in a garden, either. - tk, your diet b easily digestible, simple, non - irritant, on time. - tk, homoeo medicine which r gentle in use, acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof @ five phos6x-4 tbs, with little lukewarm water, thrice. @ baryta carb 200-6 pills, thrice a day, orally. @ alfalfaq-10 drops, thrice, with little water. I am 27 year old female, got married at 22 after my btech. I am in psychological trauma due to so many issues happening with my life. I read and knew we have all the power to create anything or any situation favour to us. I am in deep sorrow for not happening things in favour to me at proper time. I get some suicidal thoughts but I have not courage. My husband almost left 2 kids to me, I am afraid of tomorrow. I either have no courage toto get divorce, or I can't stay alone. Breaking up is very difficult and if you don't have any backup plan it can be even more taxing. However, you cannot allow these limitations stop you, if this step is inevitable. There are a lot of people who will support you but you will have to gauge their motives. Where is your family of origin? They are the best support you can get because they can be relied on more than anyone else. If you are without friends that speaks volumes about your social skills and perhaps you will need to develop them to favour a good support system. Through all this you must remember that if it is so difficult for the adults, how much more harder will it be for the kids. So you will need to take the drastic step but make it with proper considerations. Many of us will not dare due to a lot of unnecessary speculation. But when the decision and action is taken, you will mostly fall in line. Hurting yourself is rather silly: no man is worth dying for!!!

Hello,Dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first. Take Thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take Arnica Q and Cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with B&T Anti- Dandruff Shampoo. Revert me after 1 month. Home remedies are as follows:- Coconut oil helps eliminate dandruff due to its antifungal properties. It also moisturizes dry scalp and provides relief from itching. Take some coconut oil and mix half the amount of lemon juice in it. 1. Rub it on your scalp and massage for a few minutes. 2. Wash your hair after at least 20 minutes. 3. Follow this remedy two to three times a week.

My brother is 27 years old. He is having ulcer problem more than 5 years. While going endoscopy treatment, doctor says he is having hitaus hernia problem at iiird stage and also it will be cured by operation only. It may charged 750000. Please give me suggestion whether any other chance is there to cure without operation. Please tell me

At last surgery is the only treatment modality. Otherwise long standing hernia can have complications. I suggest you to consult a good surgeon near your home and discuss with him.

Knock knees happen because of weak abductor muscles found on the outside of hips and thighs. They can be corrected with certain exercises mentioned below: 1. Side lunges 2. Lying abduction 3. Side step-ups 4. Wall abductor squeeze 5. Straight leg lift 6. Wall squats to know more detail about these exercises please consult a physiotherapist privately.

Manual is better than electronic. But for home BP monitoring electronic is more practical. Make sure to standardise every 6monthly to yearly depending upon manufacturer specifications. Again arm BP monitoring is better than finger one. I hope to have cleared your doubts.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

What you are going through is greaving. Loosing loved one is not easy to deal with emotionally. I am sorry for your loss. When you are greaving, your mind is continuously engaged in sad and disturbing thoughts and feeling of loss and perhaps guilt. When sadness over powers you it is difficult to feel any other feelings. Even feeling happy makes you feel guilty and uneasy. Slow but effective way to over cone sadness is to engage yourself in some neutral activities such as cleaning. Walking or readjng a light book. Once you try that for few days you may be ready for following things. There are few things I would like you to try. 1. When you feel sad. Feel the feeling of sadness fully. You may close your eyes and let that sadness flow through your mind and body. If tears flow let them flow. Cry it out. Feeling what you feel fully and totally is healing. Once you feel your sadness fully. You might feel the lightness in your heart. Feel that too and say out loud. How wonderful! and engage your mind remembering some good qualities and good times you spent with the person you are missing. 2. Regular simple breath awareness meditation also help manage your loss. 3. You may also l write daily 3 to 5 things you are grateful to every morning. These things could be as simple as having a bed to sleep and food to eat. Affirm what you write and add new thing in your list for 7 to10 days. If you are not feeling any change over next 2 weeks or if you lack motivation to initiate and maintain above activities feel free contact me and we could work together for few weeks to months to reverse your cycle and help you appreciate what you have. Start following * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * keep excersice. * do not take dinner to late. More history needed for perfact diagnosis & treatment.
