Backache in young age is commonly due to 1. Muscle strain resulting from improper posture. 2. Intervertebral disc bulge or prolapse. Follow these to get relief. 1. Take anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen round the clock for pain relief for 4 to 5 days. 2.Take rest for 3 to 4 days but avoid total bed rest. 4. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily once pain is relieved and continue these exercises. Daily walk is a good way to strengthen the spine. 5.Apply analgesic cream over back followed by warm fomentation. 6. Keep pillow behind your knees at bedtime. While sleeping on sides keep pillow between knees. 7. Do not bend and lift weights. 8. Avoid sitting on floor or sitting cross-legged or prolonged periods of sitting or standing. 9. If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling, numbness or weakness, consult your doctor. You should also follow ergonomic measures during your daily life. Inform details of your backache and kind of work you do to guide you better regarding lifestyle changes. You should consult a pain specialist in your city for evaluation of your backache as they can identify your pain generator and treat accordingly. For further queries consult again.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Diabetes. Any way it may be tried, --.Calpol 250mg OD & SOS. X 5days. --.Caldikind plus (from Mankind)1 tab OD x 5 days. --. Fomentation with warm water. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. -- .Do mild exercises for knee & legs (Take help of a physiotherapist). Kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines. This can be due to few reasons 1. Simple muscle spasm 2. Due to disc herniation 3. Facetal arthropathy you can try simple analgesic with muscle relaxant and back strengthening exercises under guidance of a physio if that does not help you you can go ahead with mri lumbosacral spine if needed consult in private.

Nowadays back pain is a very common complaint in young adults. It can be due to various reasons any injury, muscle strain eg-sudden twist while lifting object, bad posture, overuse of muscle or any internal disease like spondylitis, infection etc. Many of the problem occurs for which we are not aware. At the age of 19 you are suffering from pain for which you are not aware so I would recommend you following: precautions: 1. Avoid forward bending, if required then bend your knees first and then bend forward. 2. Avoid weight lifting. 3. Sit in chairs or car seats with proper back support. 4. Try to sleep in a position that helps you maintain the curve in your back like sidelying. 5. Get enough vit d from sun as vit d keep bones strong including spine, 6. Drink plenty of water to enhance the intervertebral disks 7. Avoid standing in the one position for a long time. 8. Try to sleep in a position that helps you maintain the curve in your back. Physio care: I would recommend you for i-care treatment that is especially for back or neck pain. Rest required but it doesn't mean a complete bed rest. Do not over exert your body. Work take rest and then work so that you do not feel tired and started paining. Treatment- 1. Apply ice or heat which ever suits you directly to the area of low back pain will decrease swelling and inflammation, and ease your discomfort. Apply it for 10 to 15 minutes only. 2. Relaxing for 5 minutes after ice or heat treatment. Massage - ask someone to massage your painful area using fingers or thumb. Massage using kneading technique. Slightly press the thumb and start rotating as it helps to induce relaxation, relieve pain, and reduce levels of stress chemicals, such as cortisol and noradrenaline. It will give you pain relief for time being. 3. After massage again relax for 5 min and apply any pain relieving ointment eg - volini or oraflame gel etc. Make sure not to do massage with the gel, it should not penetrate the body. Just a topical application of gel should be done. 4. Again relax your body for 5 minutes and perform some normal back extension and hamstring stretching exercises to get relief from your pain. While performing exercises if pain occurs then would recommend you to stop doing exercise. Massage or slightly rub the painful area and consult your near by physio to diagnose the actual cause of the pain as he/she can guide you proper exercise plan which will be beneficial for you after checking grade of your back pain. considering your age & profession your knee pain may be due to osteoporosis. massage with hot sesame oil for 10 to 15 min 2 times a days after massage give hot fomentation for 5 min. improve diet . do light stretching exercise daily. start milk + 2 spoon cow ghee on empty stomach, dry fruits will help you , like akrod & badam(almond). start Ayurvedic calcium suppliment to strenghten joint . dry khajur is good source of calcium.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days,contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I am 72 years old male and I have pain on my heels (people say plasterfastic pain) and now added knee pain. Tried hot water and cold water therapy, not much success. OK avoid all things do physiotherapy treatment must for u then do calf stretching exercise and put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 20 time twice a day

Arthritis is swelling of joints with pain, stiffness. There are some methods you can apply: • Do exercise such as walking that strength your muscles and move your joint. From movement of joint you got relief from pain and stiffness. •Gentle massage your joints with lukewarm oil. You can use medicated oil. You can apply ice packs and heat with warm water bottle on your painful area. • If you are obese then lose some weight. Heavy weight make strain on your joint and causes pain. • Take healthy diet avoid junk foods. Take diet rich in calcium such as milk, cheese. Do not take stress. • you can take physiotherapy advice. • Stretch your body lightly in the morning when get out from the bed. • Eat healthy diet green leafy vegetables and fruits. * Take one teaspoon of haldi with milk it will reduce your swelling.

Dear user, you have postural back pain. Correct your posture first. Sit/stand straight. When you sit on chair, place pillow on back. If your bed mattress is soft, change it. It should be hard. Do spinal extensors strengthening exercises. Never get up straight. Always get up with side lying position. You can also take heat therapy and pain relieving gel. Do it for 5 days and revert me.

These problems are very common in today's sedentary lifestyle oriented scenario. The muscle which helps us to rotate or turn our head/neck to right side is Left Sternocleidomastoid muscle, Upper Trapezius muscle and other smaller neck muscles. They all need to be Examined. Most of the time they get tightness and weak. So the solution is to Release or loosen up the tight one and activate or strengthen the weak ones. Hence, your Problem gets solved. Use rose herbal face pack (mfg. By robin herbal healthcare products). Or take multani mitti 1 tablespoon add 1/4th tablespoon of jaiphal powder and 1/4th tablespoon of turmeric. Make a paste of it by adding raw milk to it. Apply it on the face and wash it before it gets completely dry or after 20 mins. Follow it for few days to see the change and take next advise accordingly.

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs.
