As per your condition you can take tab. Arogyavardhini vati 2tabs twice a day. Tab. Raktpachak vati 2 tabs twice a day. Tab. Trifala guggula 2 tabs twice a day liq. Mahamanjisthadi kashay 3 tsf twice a day. You can take lekhan basti to reduce it quickly and safely. This will be usefull for you. Consult ayurvedic consultant for prakriti parikshan and panchakarma advice.

To control or maintain BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Do exercise daily, running and long walk. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter, cheese, ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat an apple daily. Doctor from few days I am facing some problems like face gets cold and my hands also and I sweat my heart rate becomes fast and there is a breathing problem also I go 5 times in a day fir motion my as soon as I get up my stomach starts paining and there is a motion feeling what to do doctor I have done all the hearts test including stress echo it was all fine I am 18 my weight is 93 also doctor this used to happen one year back also my heart rate used to get fast everyday one day it reached 160 what to do doctor.

Hello. You Need to Exercise regularly for about 45-60 min per day and you also need to loose weight. You also need to start some relaxation techniques. You are mostly suffering from anxiety. Please consult for a detailed evaluation. Also get your thyroid function tests and Vitd and Vitamin b12 tests done.

Avoid bad habits i.e. Avoid fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. go for morning walk daily.. pain in your back overweight..pl. change lifstyle. you can take tab. atorvas -10 at night once for 30 days.

Your pulse rate keeps changing constantly second to second. By the time you counted in one hand and went to the other hand, it can change. There is no fixed constant pulse rate for any human being. There is only a normal range. Even bp is usually different in the arms of the same person and changes from minute to minute. These are multifactorial as your body keeps adjusting to daily minute to minute factors internal and external. Don't worry about it. Your finding is not a disease. It is only misinterpretation due to your ignorance.

acidity is mostly related to lifestlye and the kind of food we eat and how much stress we take. eat small frequent. less ouly food. dont lie down till 30 min of taking meal. drink plenty water. stop alcohol or smoking if u atall do. u will have to take medication as well. if acidity not resolved than get an upper gi endoscopy done

I am 35 year male .i am having heart palpitations from last two years. Although I have done all my tests eg Tmt. Ecg.Echo. Usg.lipid profile. Which all came normal. I am having cervical disc in my neck.

Palpitations need not be linked to cardiac problems. I assume from your statements that you are probably suffering from cervical disc bulge. Most of the lower cervical and upper thoracic disc problems can refer pain to the anterior and lateral chest wall and would mimic a typical chest pain, which would be associated with palpitations. Treatment: PHYSIOTHERAPY: Intermittent cervical traction with neck in slight flexion (weight 5-6 KGS, duration: 15 minutes), interferential therapy for the painful and stiff areas of the neck 15 minutes. Continue this treatment for ten days. Learn anulom vinulom pranayama, transcendental meditation. Go for a brisk walk in the morning for 20 minutes with good arm swing. Do pranayama in fresh air. Also add pelvic mobility and thoracic mobility exercises. You need to do strict permanent alterations in her diet pattern for her complete recovery. AVOID THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: 1.coffee,tea 2.branded health drinks 3. White sugar and products made of white sugar like sweets, cakes, ice creams, bread, bun and all other bakery items 4. Maida products like samosa, puffs, parotta, naan etc 5.high carbohydrate food like potatoes, white rice 6, dairy products (packet milk, curd) 7.noodles,vermicelli, pasta, pizza. 8.NON VEGETARIAN FOOD INCLUDING EGGS INCLUDE HIGHLY ALKALINE FOOD .(LIST GIVEN BELOW) 1.wheatgrass juice, to be taken everyday in empty stomach in the morning. Any other food should be taken after an interval of half an hour. 2.vegetable soup (carrot, beetrot, beans, turnip, coriander, curry leaves, mint leaves) 5.spinach soup 6. Ashgourd juice (white pumpkin) 7.Banana pith (stem) juice. 8.Hand pounded unpolished rice.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your chest pain is due to acidity - follow some dietary precautions, avoid spicy, fried & junk food, restrict tea, coffee intake to not more than 1-2 cups a day, do not skip meals, have meals on time, chew your food well, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals, do not lye down after meals for at least an hour, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bed time avoid aerated. Drinks citrus fruits, chocolate, mint - have 8- 10 glasses of water per day - have syrup gelusil, 2 teaspoonful half hour after every meal three times a day - get your ECG done to rule out any other problem.
