Hi Doc, My age is 24+. Doc, from the last 6 months I'm totally feeling stressed because I lost my job due to some reason & I knew that from the very first day, my mind is not relaxed & I can't concentrate any other activities or stuffs. I always feel very irritating & boring, I'm loosing my interests from all of my currents works that I have to do. My mind is not focused for that reason I can't find another good job like the previous one. I am an IT Employee since 2014. Doc, please help me what to do?

You are obviously stressed about something. I would imagine that it has a lot to do with your job and its loss. You may be so angry about that that you think you can do nothing about it. Now this is a fallacy: you have to express your anger to someone, even if it is not the same person you are angry with. You may therefore meet with a counselor and sort this anger out. What you are doing with this anger is turning it inwards and that is causing you all this stress. May be you have a personality like that already, and therefore the allergies too. There are so many jobs in the it sector that getting one is not the problem but getting what you want may be. But before you do that talk to someone about what happened and learn to deal with that soon, and also to deal with all other past issues concerning anger in particular and things will improve considerably.

I have only one normal functional kidney. N I feel so much scared fr my health. Whenever I hear of a disease around I feel I have it. I have faster heart rate my Dr. said this is because of anxiety. You if you could have have a look at my problem. please DOCTOR. I am a 20 years old female (Medico) I loved a boy who is cousin brother (undergraduate MBBS doctor) to me in relation. We are very close teach other. We spent time together at home many times. He also kissed me. We moved closely as lovers at first. He also loves me but do not move further because I am his sister n he knows how feel about him. Now I am in a situation that I can not live without him &want him in my rest of life as my life partner n I had feelings for him. I love him so much that I m afraid of losing him n marrying soon else other than him. But he tells me that" we are brother n sisters so we can not marry, you should get rid of thought of marrying each other. But I love him stomach that I want him whatever happens. He is a very good person. He s now restricting himself nrestircts me to move closely as before, thinking that I should not have no more feelings for him as our marriage as we are brother and sisters is not acceptable and should not suffer much when I get married to another person but still he cares me stomach as a sister. I even thought of moving away from him but I could now because we r that much close and also want to do so as It hurts me alot wen he says me to get rid of this. I even do not bother if we go again somewhere else and marry but he is not. He says that he can not do that n it is a wrong thing. Now I m in a situation that I cry for him, thinking about this can not concentrate on my studies but I still have feelings n hope for him unlike him. I want him. I love him soo much. Is this right? What should I do to get him. Even I know that it is wrong I can not forget him n I want him forever I feel that life without him is a hell n can not sacrifice loved ones thinking of family though I know we r brother n sisters. I am I CA student and I am preparing for my exams now, now a days I am feeling very sleepy. I could not even concentrate for 1 hour continuously. I have already given up mobile and listening to music which was a good booster for me. Now I feel very depressed and I don't know how I have self generated a fear of failure. Please help me. I take a cup of coffee daily, a strong one. I do exercise daily but it isn't working. please help me with some suggestions to concentrate. Should I take the memory tonics available in the market.

Yes, you can go for memory tonics. Apart from that, try to meditate for 15 minutes daily in the morning and evening. Also, do not completely avoid music, you can hear it from time to time. Try concentration exercises like: take a book or a magazine and count the number of words in a single paragraph. Count them again to ensure that you have counted correctly. You can start off with one paragraph and as you get used to it, move on to counting words in two paragraphs. Then move on to counting words on the whole page. Make sure that you perform the counting mentally and only with your eyes without pointing your finger at each word. This is one of the simplest brain exercises to improve concentration. Select an inspiring word or just a simple sound and think about it in your mind, repeating it in your mind for 5 minutes. Once your mind has begun to concentrate on it easily, move on to 10 minutes of uninterrupted concentration. When you start feeling drained out just tell yourself 5 more pages and stay with the book.

To concentrate on studies better 1) find a suitable environment- it should quiet, clean, airy, ample of light source should be there. 2) keep everything from stationary to books handy 3) fix a time table and take a break after every half hour in between your study time. 4) you can find a study partner with whom you can discuss .5) reward yourself with things you like after completing a particular portion you suppose to finish. This all things will motivate you. Keep away from negative thoughts.
