Hello lybrate user, you may be having something called as plantar fascitis. -kindly use soft sole footwear -silicone heels in socks with normal footwear - hot water fomentation twice daily to your feet. God bless you.

If you have permanent problem, you should precautions. Some tips for you * take ginger & turmeric mix with honey before food * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take hot water only * eat less then of your hunger. Take fast. It will help you for less cough production * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * start excersice. I need detailed history for better solution & medicine. *start medicine yastimadhu ghanvati or lavangadi vati I need more history for better medication.

I am 37 years old. My left hand wrist was broken. Its ok now. Since last 3 months, my skin on the joints where fingers meet hand, has turned thin. Its almost like somebody do some labour work and there are some sign on their upper palm. Pls guide.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I can understand that its tough to do your daily chores living with pain. Your pain could be due to tight or weak back muscles. Try changing your posture when sitting for long periods, take a break and do stretching exercises when sitting for long time. Also hot and cold fermentation can help. Back pain can be due to many causes. Wish you fast recovery.

It can be a muscular pull if you are having to walk/stand too long at a stretch then this could come up. Do massage with warm mustard oil daily to relieve pain. Also take mag phos 6x - twice daily for next 7 days and get back to me for proper treatment.

I am suffering this from last 12 yrs, but last 3 years it is very painful. I have taken x-ray & MRI reports some doctors tell this is migraine, some tell soiling in nerves & some doctor tell that it cervical spondolysis. One orthopedic told me that c1-c2 cervical vertebra is very close & c2 spinous process become increase.

If You wish to lose some weight Weight reduction can not be done over night. You have to take it as a way of life. Do Diet control. no sugar in tea,coffee,milk etc. NO sweets Take small frequent feeds. When you get used to it, skip one meal. You should do non weight bearing Yoga exercises. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Dear If we will increase our immunity and will eat a healthy diet then the pains can be managed as the main symptom of patient stiffness and pain. Please share your blood reports whatever you had undergone. We will see to it and reply as accordingly. Till then do one thing bring castor oil (available in medical stores) Take some sunthi powder approx 300 mg and mix it in one cup of water. Boil water till it remains half cup and if you are not diabetic you can ad sugar. Now filter it and add 1 teaspoon of castor oil in it. Drink this water twice a week. Let me know the effects of it and later i will adjust the dose. It will not reduce pains immediately but will help you body to fight with it. Eat green leafy vegetables and avoid lady finger, bhindi, Rajma, Maah like food stuffs.Eat whole wheat flour instead maida. Ayurveda is known as the best science to help you control your Arthritis in a Natural, Safer & Better way with no known side effects. I am suffering with Cervical spondylitis from last 3 years. Now started problem more getting hands and feet getting pain and slow blood activation I believe in night time. Do you have any suggestions on this?

Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening. Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). take 1 tsf triphala churna daily....n practice yoga daily twice..
