Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

spine scratch could have lead to an infectious inflammation,so in order to reduce the size and pain she would need antibiotics like augmentin along with enzoflam twice a day,and a multivitamin like vizilac once a day.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Sinhanad guggul 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Maharsnadi kadha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Hello. I think you have allergic conjunctivitis. Eye allergies, called allergic conjunctivitis, are a common condition that occurs when the eyes react to something that irritates them (called an allergen). The eyes produce a substance called histamine to fight off the allergen. As a result, the eyelids and conjunctiva (the thin, filmy membrane that covers the inside of your eyelids) become red, swollen and itchy, with tearing and burning. The key to treating eye allergies is to avoid or limit contact with the substance causing the problem. Avoid rubbing eyes instead do cold compresses. Use antiallergic eyedrop along with lubricating eyedrop. This will help you I am very sorry to say that there is no drug that can cure allergy. Only way is to stay away from all those things that you are allergic to.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Regular Stretching of Shoulder Muscles. Warm up and cool down is amust. Hot fomentation. Neck Advice Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs frequent Breaks at work Use cervical pillow Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Numbness can be due to decrease in electrolytes or sugar at that point of time and so I will suggest you to drink a glass of lemon water during sleeping time.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Swelling could be due to renal disease or cardiac disease or a local synovitis of the joint and depending on the cause we have to plan the treatment.

Neck pain may be you are having cervical spondylosis. Get a x-ray done for neck then consult a orthopaedic surgeon. In the meantime you can do some neck exercise regularly urn your neck slowly on both sides chin up and down slowly then rotate the neck circularly slowly no jerking movements at all ok?

According your age x-ray mri must. Remedy is that avoid long sitting and toward bending lifting heavyweight. Sit straight maintain your posture do spine stretching exercise like yoga. Tk heat fermentation in pain condition and rest morning stiffness due to overstrain of muscle.

Shoulder Dislocation

Shoulder Dislocation

This is very common problem. It occurs in every 2 persons out of 10000 in an year.

In case of first dislocation because of trauma, accident or fall, main treatment is closed reduction and physiotherapy in people more than 30 years of age.

In recurrent dislocations, treatment depends upon number of dislocations, patient expectations and bone loss. Most of the cases can be done arthroscopically. It is very safe procedure. Keyhole surgery is done and very small holes are made for surgery.

This is costly treatment because implants are costly. Its preferable to use best quality implants which yield good results. If anyone gets shoulder dislocation, I would suggest you to go for Insurance policy with adequate cover without delay. This way, whenevr treatment is required, it can be done under insurance cover.

I am 20 yrs old and I have knee injury. And have knee pain even during walking after treatment. What should I do ?

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise.
