Omega-3 fatty acids

Omega 3 pills

If you have a heart disease, high cholesterol or a family history of heart problems, then you need to increase your intake of foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids.

These healthy fatty acids help lower triglycerides (fats in the blood) and prevent angina. Plus, due to their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, omega-3 fats have a profound effect on heart health.

Causes and Symptoms of Heart Valve Disease

Causes and Symptoms of Heart Valve Disease

Complications in the heart valve occur when the functioning of the heart valve is impaired. Valves of the heart allow the blood to flow in one direction and prevent the blood from flowing back into the ventricles of the heart.

Heart valve diseases can be classified as follows:

  1. Valvular stenosis: This condition occurs when the valves of the heart does not open completely due to stiffness. As the opening is narrow, the heart has to work hard to pump blood. This condition may lead to heart failure.
  2. Valvular insufficiency: This is a condition where the valve does not close tightly. This causes some of the blood to flow back to the valve. As this condition deteriorates, the heart has to work harder to pump blood.

Types and Causes of valve diseases:

  1. Acquired valve disease: The structure of the valve changes due to various infections or rheumatic fever. Rheumatic fever is caused by bacterial infection that had not been treated. It tends to occur in children and cause inflammation of the valve.
  2. Congenital valve disease: This condition usually affects the pulmonary valve where the size of the valve is abnormal.
  3. Bicuspid aortic valve disease: It is a type of valve disease that impairs the aortic valve. Instead of the regular three cusps, the bicuspid valve only has two. This may cause the valve to be stiff or cause it to leak.
  4. Mitral valve prolapse: This condition causes the valve to flop back when the heart contracts. This condition also causes the leaflets of the valve to turn irregularly and cause it to stretch. This condition causes the valve to leak.

SymptomsThe symptoms of valve diseases are as follows:

  1. Weakness: This condition may cause weakness and cause severe discomfort while performing daily activities.
  2. Palpitations: Symptoms such as irregular heartbeats, skipped beats and rapid heart rhythm occurs in this condition.
  3. Rapid weight gain: This condition can cause you to gain weight very rapidly.
  4. It may cause swelling in your ankles, abdomen and feet.
  5. This condition causes shortness of breath.

Are bananas are good for heart. I have read in somewhere that bananas ate not good for heart.
Bananas are best for heart yes they are a rich source of potassium and you can eat ad many as you like. There will be no extra potassium which will harm the heart. Yes potassium taken as medicine does cause harmful side effects. Don't bother about extra calories also because it is giving you other essential vitamins and minerals too. Cut down other calories which are either empty calories like excess sugar or just basic calories like chapattis.

Uric acid is a by product of your body functioning and liver detoxification. A very good method to reduce this kind of acidity in the body is to drink plenty of water and alkaline water if you can source it. The heavy medication you have been taking is surely one of the reasons of increased body toxicity and acidity. Hope you are ding some exercise. Sweating will help release the toxicity in the body and proper water intake will help flush out the excess helping you come back to normal. You must take extra care to boost and modulate your immunity to protect from further weakness or illness in the future. You can visit your website for this information.

Hello dear patient. High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style . Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. garlic,. Hello, take the Medicine for Hypertension as your doctor suggests. Excess of masturbation is definitely harmful for you and it is necessary to know its side effects. These are as follows:-1. Masturbation makes you weak, it spends more energy and burns your calorie 2. Masturbation creates nervousness and neurological problems 3.Masturbation is a main cause for erectile dysfunction. 4. Masturbation addicts you even if you taste it for one time. Controlling it is a very big menace. 5. Masturbation creates drowsiness; you will be sleeping most of the time after ejaculation of your sperm. You will experience a damn tired. 6.Masturbation causes stress and strain in your mind and soul. 7. Masturbation also affects us psychologically; it creates depression after ejaculation and makes one to feel bad on his own. Take Staphysagria 200, 5 drops once inn a week for 2 weeks to avoid the side effects of Masturbatiion. Revert with feedback.

I'm fed up with life and life is not worth living for me. There is a lack of happiness lack of confidence and lack of concentration. There is no hope no enlightenment no dream no aim in life. I'm very much disinterested disheartened and depressed. I'm under a lot of stress and anxiety. I'm sailing in a boat without the sailor in the stormy sea. I'm just like the kite which strings are cutoff. I'm not living life but just passing it. I'm worthy of nothing. I'm feeling lonely in the midst of the crowd. I'm skipping my drugs for the high blood pressure. My blood pressure shoots up to 200/130 without any symptoms. I pass nights together without sleep. I have cutoff myself from my inner and outer self. I'm unable to cope up with life. If it's physical crisis I can deal with it, but as far as the emotional and moral crisis are concerned I'm just unable to deal with it.

Dear friend, I feel strongly for you. I wish I could be close to you say what I am going to tell you right now. If I try to understand how you might be feeling I feel suffocated. I am sure you are not only feeling lonely and suffocated but you are also feeling hopelessness. I do hope that you understand that what you are feeling in not only psychological. It has some strong physiology working behind it. You have some chemical imbalance in your body. That is what is creating this emotional tornado in our mind. I know with proper care and actions you will be able to once again enjoy your life and will also be able to contribute positively to make this world a better place. I am asking you to please take help from either a counselor or a psychologist. If need to consult a psychiatric and start medication. I will be more than happy to help you come out of this dark tunnel and lead a beautiful life ahead. You need to seek help and consult someone as soon as possible. I am also giving you some tips below which you can try, one thing at a time, one day at a time. I love you and I want you to take charge of your life. You may not know but you are here for a reason. What ever it is that is hurting you will go away the moment you start taking charge. As a human being you deserve the best. You deserve love and respect from people around you and love and respect begins with self. Look at yourself in the mirror and love that lady for who she is. You have endless potential within you. You could be whatever you decide you want to be. Have faith and let it go. Try following things and it will help you one day at a time. Stress has become part of our daily life now. Due to being in this chronic stress there is lot of negative energy and thinking as well as behavior processes are triggered. The good news is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day.
