If on working you gets pain in the forearm and numbness in hand, you may be suffering from compression neuropathy. In such case there are two helps, a neurologist and a nerve surgeon or hand surgeon. Getting early diagnosis and treatment can prevent any permanent damage to the nerve.
Time is most critical part in nerve injury treatment.

Good afternoon. I've been seeing some very slight shadows/outlines beside objects since 3 days ago and I'm very worried about it. My vision has always been perfect and I've done a brain scan 5 months ago (for other reasons), and it was normal. But since this weird vision symptom started, I've been worrying if it can be caused by some serious problem in the brain. Is it possible that, though I have a recent brain scan with normal results, this vision problem can be caused by some serious brain problem? I've been to a neurologist yesterday, and she said that this vision problem couldn't be caused by any serious brain condition because in 5 months a serious thing wouldn't develop enough to make me have vision symptoms like this. She said I didn't need to do another brain scan. But I'm still worried about being a brain tumor that could have developed in 5 months that's causing these slight shadows, because they are still very slight, so I'm worried the shadows could be not so bad yet because the problem could be in the beginning. I have severe anxiety and my neurologist said I should blame these vision symptoms on it, but I'm still very worried, as these shadows/outlines are scary. You think I should do another brain scan? Or is my neurologist right? Thank you.

Development of a tumour in five months time is very rare phenomena and your neurologist seems right in saying that. As you say you have been seeing shadows around objects only since 3 days, I wonder are these symptoms all the time or you see them once a while. If you see them all time, you should see a ophthalmologist and get your eyes checked too. I hope that will resolve your anxiety too.

Im 20 and im suffering from hand shaking from few days im worried. I drink alcohol daily. Is it related to it.

Im 20 and im suffering from hand shaking from few days im worried. I drink alcohol daily. Is it related to it.
Yes, it is related if your consumption is heavy. You must quit immediately. If you smoke too, the handshaking would become even more pronounced. It does not matter when you feel like drinking, as long as you need your drink. This could lead to increased tolerance levels so that over time you will need to drink more to get the same or greater effect. You need to identify why you need to drink, and go back into your childhood to find out other influences on your personality that makes you prone to addiction. Meet with an addiction counselor and work with them to sort out this drive. Your already display the classic tendency to first obsess about it and then compulsively feel driven to meet that need. The simplest thing to do is to do some other interesting activity during the evening times. Meet your oral need with some other non-intoxicating drink like soups, juices, and sodas with lime, etc. If you think that you will find it very difficult, then admit yourself to a hospital and go for de-addiction: which normally lasts for about two weeks. Then follow that up with addiction counseling from a professional for at least three years to completely get rid of the habit. If this is also not enough, then admit yourself into a de-addiction center and stay there for at least 6 months and after that attend counseling with a professional. There are medicines that help with the drinking just to ease the initial craving. Ultimately, it is your will power and the support that you receive from the medical fraternity and your close and dear ones. You must also learn to substitute and deal with the oral need, a rigid value system, the script issue, and of course look at all the genetic factors to plan a strategy not to get into what is called ‘cross addictions’ i.e. Another form of addiction that may appear alright but is in fact as bad as the primary addiction. The center or hospital and the counselor will advise and guide you on several measures and precautions you will need to take to stay with your resolve. Even after the rehabilitation you must attend AA meetings and continue this support for a long time. Your family will also need to attend some sessions and go for Al-anon meetings for their co-dependency issues. You cannot be treated in isolation because the family has gotten used to your drinking and have made some unhealthy adaptations to somehow cope. Make a serious plan with the family and whoever else’s support you can get and act on it fast. As a combination these two therapies (counseling and rehabilitation) will aid in dealing with the addiction. It will however take a long time to completely come off of the enslavement.

I am 42 years old. On 25th july 2015 I had brain hemorrhage due to high blood pressure. And my left limbs was paralyzed. What is the treatment??

MBBS,J.R. Neurology
General Physician,
You had the clots removed surgically I presume. In that case a continued course of neuroprotectives and methylcobalamin can be beneficiary. But keep in mind that the patient can never be 100% cured and some residual paralysis will be there. It is also time consuming. Have patience.

And many other factors. There is no specific cure for this disease. Although frequency and severity of attacks can be reduced to a large extent by long term use of medicines.

Hi, sudden increase of creatinin in blood may be due to 1. Rhabdomyolysis-may occur due to crush injuries after accidents. In this damaged skeletal striated muscle breaks down rapidly. Breakdown products of damaged muscle cells are released into the bloodstream; some of these, such as the protein myoglobin, are harmful to the kidneys and may lead to kidney failure. The severity of the symptoms, which may include muscle pains, vomiting, and confusion, depends on the extent of muscle damage and whether kidney failure develops. The muscle damage may be caused by physical factors (e. G. Crush injury, strenuous exercise, medications, drug abuse, infections.) 2. Some kinds of antibiotics or blood pressure medicines will cause. Normally, it's totally reversible when you reduce or stop taking these medicines, 3. Diet-. Fox example, pickles, bacons, sausages pizzas and so on are all of high quality of salt, which will cause water-sodium retention in the kidneys 4. Infections-, who have renal insufficiency previously, get infections, such as cold, pneumonia, intestinal infection, and urinary tract infection, they are easy to have an elevated creatinine level in a short time. 5. Dehydration-drinking less water, a fever or sweating, especially during frequent urine, can cause severer narrowed blood volume in kidneys.
