If it is only on walking and disappearance on rest, then you need to investigate for coronary insufficiency. Do an ECG at rest and after exercise.

I take Zolfresh. 5 for sound sleep but it doesn't effect more than 4 hrs. I wake up after 4 hrs and after that I don't get sleep. Kindly suggest better and effective/ safe medicine for continuous7 hrs of sleep.

1. avoid caffeine found in coffee,tea , chocolate,cola,and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. . [Use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, TVs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

My son is 16 years old. We live in pune. Since he was child I observed sometimes his pulse beats so fast. He has fever now 102 weight 65 and pulse is 125 to130. He doesn't have any problem like chest pain ,sweat, arm or neck pain. But I get so worried about this as his pulse goes 125 plus. Please advice me.

There is nothing to worry about. For his fever of 102 pulse is expected to be about 104. Though it seems on higher side but it is not pathological.

it is stomach infection. take digestive foods, take tab. metrogyl 400mg twice a day for 3 days. tests stool r/m, cbc, lft . and consult again.

NowI am 28 years old and I have diabetes from age of 14. I am taking insulin from 14 years 2 times daily 40 unit at morning 30 unit at night and I am also taking tablet pizoMF 7.5 at morning and night before food and istamet 50/500 at lunch but at night I can't sleep properly between 2 to 4 hour wake up at night. After my duty I feel tired but still I can not get a proper sleep.

I think you should consult the surgeon for assessment of your problem. If it is possible to treat with conservative treatment then only you should start the medication. Take proper measures to avoid constipation. Avoid spicy fried and junk food. Avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks.

Kindly provide details of ur sugar ..hba1c and thyroid hormones values Daily exercises for 30 minutes Drink plenty of water Avoid fruit juices Avoid sugar jaggery intake Take home cooked light meals which are easily digestible.. If overweight then reduce ur weight ..it'll help in controlling blood sugars

HI, Please follow these tips: Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room.

None. 1. Do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily like brisk walking 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugar 3 monthly and hba1c six monthly

I have pain in my head and legs from last two days what should I do? please advise.
Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.
