Whenever I sleep my throat becomes really dry and starts itching. It gets better after I wake up and have some water. This never happens during the day or when I just lie down. This happens when I fall asleep. This is happening since the last few weeks. What might be the problem.?

It could be that you are a mouth breather in sleep. Please also check your blood sugar levels. Drink plenty of water before going to sleep. Keep a bottle of water at your bedside before sleeping.

Hye. When you are a beginner in the gym you don't want to start using heavy weights on the first day itself. Start with it gradually. Body ache is normal, with continuous workout it should subside. Your ideal weight is 76 kgs. So, you need to lose weight. Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

Hello, hope you are doing good. 1. Drink more water early in the morning, which cleans your stomach, you feel some uncomfort for few days, but be habituated to drinking water in a empty stomach. 2. This will reduce stomach related issue, and keep you soo active. 3. Reduce heavy oil food in dinner. Add sorghum made chapati 4. Dont worry about lossing weight, you will be good if you take diet on time. Start taking protein supplement in your diet along with omega-3 fatty acid. Cost you around 6000/- lost for 4 months. 1.For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress, depression, Physical and mental strain, hyper acidity, muscular problem 2. Avoid stress and strain 3.Do regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight. 4.Control your diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried and junk food, high calorie and cholesterol rich diet. Take small frequent meals (5-6 meals/day instead of three heavy meals. If you have hyper acidity take one tablet of pan 40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days 5.Do Yoga, Meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress. 6.Have sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily. 7.Avoid smoking, alcohol, excess tea/coffee, if you are having 8. Drink plenty of water and take rest 9. Takecrocin Advance one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets per day at the time of chest pain 10. Erectile Dysfunction occurs due to 1.Fatigue, stress, depression, 2.Relationship issues, performance anxiety, 3.Alcohol consumption, Smoking, consumption of tobacco, 4.Obesity, Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart disease, 5.Thyroid,Kidney problem, ,enlarged prostate, parkinsonism etc 6.Consult doctor to rule out these diseases. 7.Go for regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight 8.stop smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption9.Take good nourishing diet ,plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Common signs and symptoms of dengue fever include: High fever, possibly as high as 105°F (40°C) Pain behind the eyes and in the joints, muscles and/or bones. Severe headache. Rash over most of the body. Mild bleeding from the nose or gums. Bruising easily. Common symptoms of malaria include: Shaking chills that can range from moderate to severe. High fever. Profuse sweating. Headache. Nausea. Vomiting. Diarrhea. Anemia. Specific anti malarial drugs for malaria and for Dengue only supportive treatment is needed.

Having a pain in your chest can be scary. It does not always mean that you are having a heart attack. There can be many other causes, including Other heart problems, such as angina Panic attacks Digestive problems, such as heartburn or esophagus disorders Sore muscles Lung diseases, such as pneumonia, pleurisy, or pulmonary embolism Costochondritis - an inflammation of joints in your chest Some of these problems can be serious. Get immediate medical care if you have chest pain that does not go away, crushing pain or pressure in the chest, or chest pain along with nausea, sweating, dizziness or shortness of breath. Treatment depends on the cause of the pain. At this age it's rare to have heart attack but not impossible To rule out cardiac issues. Get a ECG and 2D echocardiography done. If they are normal then get a TMT done. If all is normal then nothing to worry about.

Hi, Iron rich foods are - Spinach - Kabuli Chana - Peas - Kishmish - Beans Vitamin C foods required to absorb Iron - Oranges, Melons, Tomatoes, Lemons Calcium rich foods - Milk, Cheese, Curd, Paneer, Eggs, Brocoli, Almonds Vitamin D - Sunlight(20 mins), Eggs, Cod Liver Capsules .. These are best sources. However currently your HB and Cal levels are quite low hence you should go to a Doctor for proper advice. These foods you can continue to take which will help you to increase your Iron and Calcium levels.

The treatment depends on the cause of erectile dysfunction. Some of the common causes are, 1. Diabetes. 2. Prostate Enlargement. 3. Heart problems. 4. Problems in low back affecting the low back nerves. 5. Low testosterone levels. In this regard I would like to advise you to get the following tests done and revert back with reports. Fasting and postprandial blood sugars, TSH, Ultrasound pelvis and scrotum, Serum testosterone levels. Once the cause is corrected Erectile dysfunction will resolve automatically.
