Now a days, dengue and swine-flu fevers are prevailing which may need immediate hospitalisation. Get tested for these fevers. If this is only ordinary fever, take homoeo medicine belladonna 30 (6 to 8 pills) --3 times (hourly) in the morning and arsenicum alb 30---3 times (hourly) in the evening. If the fever continues after 1or 2 days, have a check-up with local doctor.

Hey I am 24 year's old, I want to get rid from my belly fat. From being long time active in physical activity still I am not able to reduce belly fat. I had done lots of physical exercises, i.e. Cardio, weights training etc. But still belly part fat is as it is. From around 2-3 year I am regularly taking luke warm lemon juice with honey at morning time, empty stomach. So please suggest me some supplement to get rid of this problem by this my whole body looks very bad. Please do not take any medicines by yourself The most important aspect of any weight loss routine is diet. Even if you workout for several hours in a day, but have a bad diet, it will hamper your results. You need to include clean foods in your diet that contain lean protein, essential fatty acid as well as complex carbohydrates. Lean sources of protein include chicken, egg whites, whey and legumes. You should consume at least one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight for maintaining muscle mass, when losing weight. Complex carbohydrates are excellent for weight loss as they provide you with energy slowly. Complex carbohydrates are present in foods such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Most likely it is fibroadenosis of breast. Breast support by a tight bra or crepe bandage might help. General surgeon should be consulted. He might get ultrasound or mammography or fine needle biopsy done. Sometimes hormone treatment might be advised.

I am suffering from allergic rhinitis by birth. I am 26 years old. My allergic symptoms triggered when I exposed to cold and most probably when weather change. Symptoms include nasal discharge, sneezing, itching in nose, nasal and throat congestion. Symptoms of depression in women include: • Persistent sad, anxious, or "empty" mood. • Loss of interest or pleasure in activities, including sex. • Restlessness, irritability, or excessive crying. • Feelings of guilt, worthlessness, helplessness, hopelessness, pessimism. • Sleeping too much or too little, early-morning awakening. Depression in women differs from depression in men in several ways: • Depression in women may occur earlier, last longer, be more likely to reoccur, be more likely to be associated with stressful life events, and be more sensitive to seasonal changes • Women are more likely to experience guilty feelings and attempt suicide, although they actually commit suicide less often than men • Depression in women is more likely to be associated with anxiety disorders, especially panic and phobic symptoms, and eating disorders • Depressed women are less likely to abuse alcohol and other drugs • Symptoms of depression in MEN include: • Persistent sad, anxious, or "empty" mood. • Feelings of hopelessness, pessimism. • Feelings of guilt, worthlessness, helplessness. • Loss of interest or pleasure in hobbies and activities that were once enjoyed, including sex. • Decreased energy, fatigue, being "slowed down" If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. 1. Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2. Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat.. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3. Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5.Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

Early Morning ----2 glass fresh water Breakfast: ----Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee . It is not healthy. Lunch:------- Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods . Note-----1. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds.

HELLO, iF Pregnancy test is positive then bleeding indicates threatened miscarriage and hence an urgent ultrasound is needed and progesterone support with bed rest should be followed. Meet your gynecologist asap.

Get bypass surgery done, it is safer with new technology and lasts longer / may be for life, mortality rate is less than 1% (walking on road has 3% mortality rate!) but get sugar controlled and after operation keep sugar levels on lower side so that your efforts of having undergone a major cardiac surgery is not wasted.

hello, yes u can increase your wieght follow this diet for 3 weks: breakfast oats with milk , 7 soaked almonds, 2 banana, 3 walnuts brunch banana shake , salad lunch 2 chapati , any veg , littel curd, rice, boiled potato before workout 2 banana after workout 5 eggs, sprouts, banana shake, dinner 3 chapati, daal, salad, chicken, before sleep 1 glass milk aftr 3 weeks i'll change it

Hello, I hope pregnancy has been ruled out already and if yes then you should get evaluated for PCOD, HYPOTHYROIDISM AND HYPERprolactinemia which are common causes after pregnancy to cause delayed menses.
