Follow these tips to lightens and remove the dark marks -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark marks 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.

Dear I would suggest you to never take fat burners to reduce weight as they have some or the other side effects. Bringing a change in lifestyle is really important to reduce weight, keep a check on your food habits &choices, start maintaining a diet dairy to exclude wrong food choices from your schedule. Try to reduce weight the natural way only so to stay fit &healthy!

Dear Ravi, It is true that most antidepressants take time to cross the blood brain barrier. But Opipramol reaches brain faster. May be -7 days time. The benefits will come only if it is adequate dose - not just fifty mg. Please consult the doctor again after 1 week. He may increase the dose or add another drug or psychotherapy or relaxation therapy.

HI, For pimples take Tabs Hepar sulphuris pentarkan (DR WILMAR SHAWBE) 2tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth Tab biochemic Silicea 6X 4tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth and apply Drink plenty of water 3-4liters per day. Don't use soaps on face. Use mild facewash. Revert back for further treatmant plan.

Generally, one's height is determined by the genes they inherit from the parents. 1. There is also no quick fix for the same. While, taking proper nutrition and increasing the intake of calcium rich foods can help in height growth. 2. Regular exercises, stretching regimes and maintaining the right posture can help as well. It is advisable to walk as tall as you possible as correct posture promote height growth. You can also take ashwagandha powder (2-2 tsp) twice a day and lakshadi guggul (1-1 tabs) twice a day with warm water.

Hi thanks for writing. According to your height your weight should be 50 kg you have to loss 10 kg weight only. Do not worry its not a big target you can easily loose this 10 kg weight. First we have to find our reason of your weight gain. There are so many reason for weight gain. You have to remember one thing avoid dieting for weight, cause dieting will help you loose some weight but after some period you will put on double weight. Tips for weight loss. 1. Weight loss has two components: 1. Healthy balanced diet 2. Exercise Follow the following tips:- · Pay close attention to your food choice. · Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. · While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. · Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. · Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. · Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. · Eat plenty of salads. · Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. · Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. · Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. · Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. · Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. · Drink 3 liters of water in a day. · Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. · Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. · Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. · Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry. A diabetic should have frequent small meal (in every 2-3 hrs he should eat something. The diet should be low in carbohydrate and high in protein and fibre.

Masturbation has no relation with typhoid. It is a normal phenomenon among young persons. If done in excess ,it it bad and you may require counseling.

If you have a family history of diabetes then you anyway need to screen your self esp of you show signs of low energy levels frequent hunger or thirst numbness of extremeties etc. Once you know if you have diabetes or not can we can work on a diet plan.

To loose weight one has to persist with a drastic reduction in the intake of carbohydrates, (specially refined sugars) and fats, increase the intake of proteins and increase the expenditure of energy by regular exercise. Starving ones self does not work for any length of time and three meals at regular times, eaten slowly is the best method. Avoid snacking between meals, have a good breakfast, moderate lunch and a light dinner. The foods to avoid are sugars, or anything that contains sugar and fat such as bakery products, ice creams, desserts, fried foods (like pranthe, pakore, puris) pizza and potatoes. Rice can be replaced with two chapattis made of multi grain atta. To fill your stomach one should take lots of fruits (papaya, apples, guava) and green vegetables (cucumber, ghia, laoki, teenda, and tori) and sprouted dal. Milk should be double toned. Your protein intake should be increased by taking egg white, grilled / steamed fish or chicken made in small amounts of olive / sunflower oil. Vegetarians can use soya bean dal, nutri nuggets, tofu and cottage cheese made from double tone milk. Go for a run or walk for an hour every day.
