Bad breath is associated with periodontal problem. Tooth problem can be either periodontal or carious lesion, here is the solution for both of them isko pyorrhea bolte hain. Wahan khana phasne se aisa hot hai. Isliye yeh problem bnti hai. Smell aati hai. Uska ilaaj krvao. It seems you might be having periodontal problem. C/as pyorrhea. You need to get rid of it. It needs aggressive therapy. You need to make a habit of rinsing your mouth everytime you eat something and brush regularly (once in the morning before meals and once at night after dinner, add a mouthwash for better oral hygiene.

Plz take a pain killer and then consult a dentist. Pain killer is only going to give you temporary relief. Dentist will find out the cause for the pain and help you to get rid of it.

I am 74 years old . An old RCT done is now become painful. Local dentist tried to remove the filling to do the RCT again but has failed to remove the old filling to required depth . Suggesting extraction . Can extraction be avoided

MDS - Periodontics
Dentist, Yamunanagar
Dear, First of all very sorry to hear that you are in pain. About the extraction, I would say yes it can be avoided. You need to visit an Endodontist (RCT and Fillings specialist). He will definitely retriev the remaining filling material and perform a re RCT. It will not only save your tooth but also the money required to replace the tooth If you let me know your city, I can help you in finding a good Endodontist. Till the you can take painkillers, whichever suits you the best. Good Luck, God Bless and Take care.

Bleeding gums can be a sign of early gum disease. You need to get a professional cleaning of your teeth done to remove any accumulated tartar. This should solve your problem. After that regular day to day care like twice a day brushing and vigorous rinsing after any food will keep your gums and teeth healthy.

Hi maam, Kindly consult an orthodontist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (Model study, Full mouth & profile x-ray) & clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need fixed / removable braces. Requirements may depends on the age, complaint, duration of the treatment & affordability. Cost of cosmetic dentistry (braces) varies with dentist. You may consult me in person. DENTAL TIPS: - Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily,

Please give me some home remedies to make my tooth clean and strong. Please help me.
Go for scaling and polishing. This will clean your teeth and whiten it a bit. Than maintain it with brushing twice daily with use of mouthwash. Gargle forcefully with water after you eat or drink anything. Limit your food intake to 4-5 times a day. Avoid sticky and junk foods.

Hi, If alignment of teeth is not proper, this problem can b solved by orthodontic(braces) treatment and if alignment is normal then u can go for veneers which covers front surface so gap won't be visible.

Sir.
Too much space between my teeth. Is there any way to get avoid this problem.
you can go for braces after consulting an orthodontist. if the bone is strong enough you can get braces done and close the space. in case of weak bone get crown or veneer done.

Hi my name is sandy and I want to know that I have black mark on my teeth, so what should I do for that, I feel pain ...
The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

There are several causes of tooth discoloration, including: Foods/drinks. Coffee, tea, colas, wines, and certain fruits and vegetables (for example, apples and potatoes) can stain your teeth. Poor dental hygiene. Inadequate brushing and flossing.... Here is home remedy for brighter teeth--- Mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. If you are using just water you can leave it on for up to 3 minutes. for faster result you can go for TEETH BLEACHING from dentist...

I had a filling done in the second pre-molar of the left upper jaw 4 years ago. Just after a year I started to have a sudden severe pain in the tooth. I visited dentist and found theres a cavity in the same tooth. Dentist told me to go for crowning rather than filling again. I ignored that time. Now the filling is gone. And I suffer from gigintivitis nd bad breath due to that tooth. I want to end this up. Should I go for crowning or should I uproot it. What if it caused problem even after crowning. By the way my age is 23. And I smoke regularly.

Hello lybrate-user, sorry to hear that uve been suffering for few years already well the filling which was done is now come off. Your dentist was right in saying there's a decay underneath. This happens in few cases. But what's disturbing is the pain which you had. Just by your words it suggests that could the nerve of the tooth got affected. Visit your dentist asap. He might suggest you for a xray and maybe a root treatment of the tooth if he thinks it's needed and if the decay is deep enough. And further putting a crown only if the destruction has progressed severe. I hope I clarified your question good luck and god bless

Hello lybrate-user, an erupting wisdom tooth is often associated with pain, swelling, restricted mouth opening etc. Most commonly it is because of infection of the gums surrounding the erupting tooth. I will advise you to visit an oral surgeon/dentist who will most likely prescribe you a short course of antibiotic & pain killers. In the mean time do warm saline rinses and try to keep good oral hygiene by regular brushing. All the best.

I recommend you to stop brushing your tonque for 1-2 weeks and see what happen. And when you resume brushing, just use a smoother and a more soft textured toothbrush instead, if bleeding continue, see your doctor for further advise,
