Rest for 7 days. Don't bend forward. Use hot fomantation twice daily don't lift weight use firm bed. You will need some medicines and exercises.

Don't worry. 1. Take rest for 2 days from training. Continue daily activities. 2. Take healthy nutritious diet with protein, calcium and vitamins. 3. Apply cold pack on area for 10 mins 4 times a day. Apply topical painkiller creams too. 4. Take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen round the clock for 2 to 3 days. 5. Start your training again once pain is decreased and begin with stretches. Consult again if needed.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hello, being diabetic (even with normal sugar values) predisposes you to multiple conditions like shoulder degenerative tendinopathy, frozen shoulder which causes arm and shoulder pain. It would be better if it is evaluated furthur by proper examination and any investigation if required. Generalized body pain can be due to multiple causes most common being decreased bone strength (osteoporosis). It also requires furthur evaluation.

Thank you for the valued advise. As conveyed earlier in the query, my father in law aged 80 plus had a fractured back bone (kulhe ki haddi). He hasn't complained of severe pain but cannot stand and gone bedridden. The doctor's who'd admitted for bone joint replacement have suggested going for an pacemaker in first place reasoning the eco test. I would really appreciate your confirming if the advice is based on need instead of financial natured. The test reports can be looked out for a quick reference - regards.

Dear For a person who is 80 plus age, recovery from any kind of surgery has very slim chances. The doctor may do a very good surgery. But recovery of patient that old may not happen at all. Please take a family decision and keep the patient as comfortable as possible. Even a pace maker decision is not logical for 80 plus patient. Regards.

It could be recurrent dislocation of shoulder. It should be investigated. Get a mri shoulder done. It is best treated by arthroscopic surgery.

Gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

Hello Doctor, I'm not addicted to drinking, drug's or smoking but all of the above I'm addicted to one thing that is more dangerous than all that is" Masturbation" That thing is killing me I can't over come this. The following are the thing's I've been affected 1. Knee pain, hip pain, joint's pain for the past 12 years & its getting worse now. 2. I've undergone a Laparoscopic surgery for removing gall bladder because stone has been formed in it and doctors advised to remove it. Operation done on Jan 2013. And I'm a severe pancreatitis too. 3. Severe hair fall & white hair forming. I can experience it by seeing stage by stage at first the hair is becoming thin (like health less condition) and blading. And I'm ageing too. I smoke 1 cigrate for one day and drink 1 beer for 2 months once. I'm Dying doctor, can this be curable or not. Please frankly tell me. Hello. Masturbation drains vital nutrients from the body. If body is in the state of good health to recover, supported by healthy food, regular exercise and calm mind, this practice may cause no impact. Continued drain without enough nutrition reach can lead to weakness (trauma), reflected both in mind (lack of self confidence is the most common) and in the body (digestive disorders, hair fall, frequent urination etc). Medication: Take Staphysagria 200 and Alfaalfa Tonic - both twice daily for 3 weeks. Management: Regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation.

Hello, your back pain is not because of habit you noted hear, there may be some physical, mechanical or physical problem's that you have to find with investigations like xray, blood test and councling. In a physiotherapist view conservative treatment for your pain is first take rest on lay down on a bed for three days, start spinal strengthening exercises, after one or two weak start corestrengtning exercises, go for walking or swimming every day, check your knee muscle is having enough strength, weakness in knee muscle will give strain on your back, if there is weakness in knee you have to start with qudreceps exetsises by sitting on a tallchair straighten your knee for many times, again check any tightness in hamstring muscles (muscles in back of thyes, if its there you have to stretch your hamstring muscles. Avoid bike riding, avoid bending forward, avoid sitting this will help to avoid sprain to your back. Good luck

1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. You must start ayurvedic medicines to 1) strengthen bones & muscles. 2) stop further degeneration of joint. 3) healing of joint. 4) release muscular spasm even chronic. 5) reduce swelling & pain.
