Sir I have pain in both ankle from past 10 years which come and go. From 6 months back pain and calf and thigh pain started and I feeling whole body pain and tired. I got thyroid test which is positive and Anti tpo is 942started eltroxin 75 mg daily. But body pain, ankle, calf and thigh pain not stop or reduce.

U can some wait loss you can do yoga it's batter well you can use hot water, deep in hot water your when you feel cool then you out side your foot & some exercise also do you can use heating paid also use in back pain also some exercise you do full bad rest at lest 15 days you can go also near a physiotherapist you will give proper treatment OK.

Sir, my tailbone has fractured while playing cricket exactly 8 months before but still now it was not healing, I am getting pain while sitting, what is the reason for not healing, will it heal? If yes what should I do?

Thanks for the query. Take some painkiller for pain. Do hot fomentation. Avoid constipation. Eat fibre rich diet. Avoid sitting down for long periods of time. When seated, avoid sitting on hard surfaces and alternate sitting on each side of the buttocks. You can use" doughnut" cushion or pillow to sit on. This cushion has a hole in the middle to prevent the tailbone from direct pressures. Hope this helps you.

In the year Feb 2008 I met an accident and my right hands radius bone was fractured in 2 parts. I had an operation and a rod had been inserted and it is still there till today. Now from 1 to 2 months there is pain in my wrist area but It is not continuous. Kindly guide me about what shall I do. Can I continue my exercise or not.

At time avoid exercise if pain is there avoid strain and apply pain relief oil ana a x-ray to see bone healing and after relief start strength exercise in gradually process.

hello Sai, get done X ray of knee joint that will clear the picture what exact happened to knee ? till then 1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. I have an vitamin b12 deficiency as I know yesterday only by blood test, my actual prom is heavy back pain with stools tendency (pooty pressure) and with stool some amount of mucus also come and also pain in stomach at the time of toilet. My ultrasound and cbc report is normal. So please help me.

I am 51 years old and I have very much pain to my whole body especially lower limbs.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. Also press the web between the second and third finger from the toe in the foot for 2 minutes. Take cinammon powder 1 tsp with honey in the empty stomach in the morning/ this will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

We need to know the cause of this pain. So, you should go for a check up by orthopedics. But for right now you can dip your hand in some hot water for 15-20 min twice or thrice a day. You can massage slowly it if there is no redness or much swelling. Try to move your hand slowly. Do not lift heavy weights. Do not do much work with that hand. You can visit a physiotherapy center for better relief.

considering your age & profession your knee pain may be due to osteoporosis. massage with hot sesame oil for 10 to 15 min 2 times a days after massage give hot fomentation for 5 min. improve diet . do light stretching exercise daily. start milk + 2 spoon cow ghee on empty stomach, dry fruits will help you , like akrod & badam(almond). start Ayurvedic calcium suppliment to strenghten joint . dry khajur is good source of calcium.
