Hi, I have not heard of primrose oil helping inn migraine attacks unless it is related to menopause. Consult a physician for the right analgesic or a homoeo doc for permanent eradication of the migraine.

I have sleep paralysis. Is it ok to have it or should I start to take cure of it.

Sleep paralysis is more common in people who are sleep deprived, so getting enough sleep may help to reduce the number of episodes of sleep paralysis you have. Most adults need six to eight hours of good quality sleep each night. Keeping to a regular sleeping schedule, where you go to bed at roughly the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, can also help. Tips for improving your sleeping habits include: creating a restful sleeping environment that's quiet, dark and not too hot or cold ensuring your bed is comfortable exercising regularly (but not too close to bedtime) cutting down on caffeine not eating or drinking alcohol before bedtime giving up smoking (if you smoke) because nicotine is a stimulant.

My son is suffering from partial seizure from last 15 years. At the time he was suffered from hypoglycemia. Now he is taking medicine Zenoxa 450 twice a day Lacoset 100 twice a day But in the main time he lost consciousness for a second or 2 second. He does not fell on the ground. Pls suggest me.

Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do pranayam and yoga daily Do meditation regularly Put some cow ghee drops in both nostrils and take deep breath, do it regularly Add Saraswatarishta 15 ml twice a day Reduce the dose of current medicine by 25 % Reconsult after 45 days.

I am having bells palsy (right face) n I m 23 years old. M having since 6 month. It is 70 % cured. Should it consider rest 30% to be permanent for life. N does smoking affect bells palsy.

Consider Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia or CBT-I is considered the gold standard for insomnia treatment, the method with the most scientific evidence to support it. Typically, CBT-I involves meeting regularly with a therapist for various sleep assessments, according to the National Sleep Foundation, and you may be asked to keep a sleep journal and change a number of your sleep habits. 2. Take A Warm Bath: You can skip the candles and rose petals, but a soothing soak really can help you get to sleep. That's because relaxing in the tub will raise your body temperature slightly, and when you get out, the rapid cooldown will mimic the natural temperature drop the brain triggers as it prepares for sleep. A small 1985 study found that people who take a warm bath before bed not only fall asleep more quickly, but also report better quality of sleep. 3. Meditate: f you'd rather quiet your mind but leave your muscles out of it, a simple mindfulness meditation may also do the trick. A 2009 study found that meditation can help fight insomnia. The researchers found that meditators slept longer and better thanks to the deep relaxation powers of the practice. Try this 10-step meditation for better sleep tonight. If that's not quite your style, even just some deep breathing can help clear your mind and better prepare you for sleep. 4. Break a sweat: Regular exercisers may not realize it, but they're onto something. And while there aren't exactly scientific studies showing a regular yoga practice can help you get more or better sleep, we do know that yoga does wonders for relaxation. "If your sleep problem is that you're unable to relax, [yoga] could be a way to intervene. 6. Aromatherapy: Whether it's an essential oil, a bath scrub, a sachet in an eye mask or even a pillow or mattress, lavender is the scent you're searching for if you want more and better sleep. In a small 2005 study, a whiff of lavender before bed resulted in more deep sleep. And a 2008 study found that smelling lavender helped a small group of women with insomnia fall asleep more easily. I am a patient with freezing of gait at onset of walk, unable to stand steadily for few min since 02 years. I am on hcqs &methotrexate for 06 yrs. Neurologist advised syndopa 125 1/2 td +rasalact. 5 daily. No improvement even after 3 months. I may be advised what to do ?

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. My father has got ischemic stroke and he is bed ridden form last 15 months and unconscious, he passes stool in every 3-4 days can you suggest some medicine as I am concerned that he may develop kidney stones, also suggest some natural food so that we can prevent developing this condition. Add more fibers and salads in the diet. Try to make him sit on chair or make him stand with support. This would help him. For constipation, cremaffin syrup would help.
