It seems you have got sinusitis and can take tablet paracetamol with cetrizine and also take a flow of steam over the forehead through a crescent steam inhaler

120/80 is normal, you can check every day initially and then weekly once. Do regular walking to control BP and reduce salt intake.

Firstly understand that food intake is very dependent on genetics, activity levels, metabolism, lifestyle, age height age and a detailed full history. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. This normally does not happen especially with college going kids. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation you need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

From history it seems a vitamin d deficiency dl check vitamin d level take ultravet twice dailt for 5 days and do deep breathing exercise if not ok review with reports.

I am teacher. I am standing 10 hrs per day still I got over stomach how to reduce to it.
Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily continuos standing is not an exercise rather sit for a while after evry 40 min for regular flow of blood. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Overall sex stamina improves by healthy lifestyle. Regular sleep,exercise and meal are the foremost things. In diet cow milk, cow butter and garlic are proven sexual tonic. Regular healthy diet containing carbohydrate, protein and minerals-vitamins is necessary. Specific diet depends on culture and geographic situation. Exercise to control your weight and make you fit. Sleep to relax your mind. All above measures help you to relive mental stress also which indirectly help to perform better. Another aspect is emotional attachment and love between partners in overall life apart from the sex. If it is good no need of any tonic, natural stamina would suffice.
