This is a general strain due to excessive walking or standing and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes. One time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain.

Homoeopathic cream SPONDYAID ( BAKSON) Drink 10 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

Hello there are many reasons for this type of pain- 1. Overuse of forearm muscles, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress (eg. Hands holding the steering for prolonged period) 4. Muscle strain, etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. I can help you by teaching correct postural habits and ergonomics, do consult me privately. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting with affected hand. 3. Avoid weight bearing and extra pronation and supination activities activities. 4. You can take break during driving. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of forearm support. 6. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 7. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 8. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. Thanks.

If your weight is more in proportionate to age and height, then control weght. This seems to be a osteoarthritis 1-mahanarayan tail massage both joints twice with warm oil 2-tab. Sallaki plus 500 mg one tablet twice in a day with water 3- maharasnadi kwath 15 ml twice with water after food 4- castor oil 10-15 ml at bed time daily with warm water report after one month.

Hi I can understand your problem. It may be due to nerve compression at lumber spine. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # change sleeping position. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same, you need specific treatment plan according to your symptoms.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Consult near Physiotherapist he will give perfect treatment and he will suggest home exercises. That diagnosis is periarthritis of shoulder joint or frozen shoulder. It is present mostly diabetes patient. Check your blood sugar levels.

Lybrate-user as per you say. You have grade 2 spondylolisthesis. In this condition I wouldn't recommend any back exercise. It leads to further complications as neural involvement. So don't do abs exercise. Don't put your body on high stress and strain.

I have fat in my tummy. I had do walking and some exercise and diet too. But I have some problems on my knee, so doctor tell me don't do any exercises that should straining to the knee. Dear, *Swimming takes most of the gravity out of the equation and is gentle on all your joints. You can perform most of the swimming strokes to swim laps of the pool, tread water or just move around as you please to exercise without impact on your knees. Avoid any strokes that cause discomfort, and swim continuously for at least 20 minutes so your heart rate is elevated and the fat burning effects of the exercise take hold. *The bench press, shoulder press, rowing movements, biceps and triceps exercises and abdominal work helps to build lean muscle, which helps burn fat. Set up a series of exercises in a circuit to increase the calorie burn even more. Use caution with leg exercises and lift your feet off the floor if you turn while holding a weight so you don’t twist your knee.

Since your age shown was 27only, I will suggest you to reduce your workouts. Apply cold compress for 10/mins every 2 hours. Secondly you may start taking calcium supplements. If pain persists x-ray knee ap and lat view bilateral knee. Thyroid profile lipid profile. Consult us with reports.
