1.Without seeing clinically, I can say these grey lines are generally due to cheek bite. Nothing much to worry about. There are many reason for cheek bite, like stress, anxiety, any sharp point on the teeth near cheek bite area. Generally, a night guard is prescribed, which a patient have to wear during sleep. Cheek bite alone is a common problem. But get it checked thoroughly from local dentist. 2. Problem from spicy food, is a point which we will consider. Here we have to ask some few question, since how long she is having this problem and in which area. Its only from few days or from many weeks/months. A thorough examination is required for that. And medicine may be required. 3. Hot sensitivity is generally due to carious tooth. She might be having cavity in her tooth and need treatment like root canal treatment (rct). Conclusion: Get a thorough examination done from local dentist. For time being start SM fibro capsule, two times a day for minimum 2 weeks for burning sensation and do brushing with vantej tooth paste, two times a day for minimum 3 month. All the best!

•If your cavity in the tooth is caused by decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. •If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection.

Munching foods like apples, pears, carrots or celery after brushing can help in preventing discoloration as they trigger tooth-bathing saliva which helps in keeping the teeth whiter.

Your preventive methods need to review and also consult dentist about how to brush. Brushing twice a day and flossing before sleeping may be helpful.
