Take pranacharya jukamonil syrup 1-1 tsf twice a day with warm water. And laxmi vilas ras 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Avoid milk. Cold drinks. Take hot water steam.

= 30 - obese. So you fall in the overweight category. You need to maintain your bmi near about 22-23 kg/m2" mednames=">thanks for the question. As per the information provided, you are 21 years old male subject, with a height of 5'3" and weight of 70 kg. Bmi is calculated by a simple formula (weight in kg)/ (height in m) 2. As per this your bmi is 27.3 kg/m2 which is above normal. Simple guidelines for bmi are a bmi below < 18.5 - underweight. A bmi of 18.5 to 24.9 - healthy. A bmi of 25 to 29.9 - overweight. A bmi of > = 30 - obese. So you fall in the overweight category. You need to maintain your bmi near about 22-23 kg/m2.

If hospitalized there is nothing to worry about, it is usually viral gastroenteritis and takes time to recover. Treatment is replacing lost fluids, that we give via intravenous route. Relax, have faith and patience. He will be alright shortly.

Got blood in stool with out pain, what's the cause n suggest any medicine. If necessary.

If the colour of blood is bright red, then the cause is local. Most common is upper anal canal injury like piles and fissure. If the colour has turned black then upper gastro intestinal tract problem is there. For piles and fissure if not inflamed then stool softeners like isabgul just, or laxative/purgative like gudlax with high fibre diet will suffice. For other conditions a detailed checkup is needed. 1) maintain your healthy weight. If overweight then reduce your weight
2) control cholesterol - avoid fatty. Fried foods, junk food, cold drink.
Reduce trans fat, sugar, salt
3) manage blood pressure in range
4) do regular exercise, walk instead of driving always choose stairs instead of using elevators.
5) stop smoking
6) maintain blood sugar
7) eat healthy and nutrition diet rich in fruits and vegetables
8) try to reduce the portion size of unhealthy food and increase the size of healthy food.
9) eat fibre rich grains
10) if you drink alcohol, do so in moderation. This means an average of one to two drinks per day for men and one drink per day for women. (a drink is one 12 oz. Beer, 4 oz. Of wine, 1.5 oz. Of 80-proof spirits, or 1 oz. Of 100-proof spirits.)
Drinking more alcohol increases such dangers as alcoholism, high blood pressure, obesity, stroke, breast cancer, suicide and accidents.

Night falls are a natural phenomena. But when we start having night falls more than 4-5 times a month, then there is a problem. We start feeling weakness, tiredness, etc.. Do not take milk after 3 pm. Try to avoid non-veg, spicy, fried & chilly food. Do not watch pornography materials. Take good healthy diet, do exercise & yoga daily. Take tab. The reason for your performance anxiety could be your lack of proper knowledge about masturbation. Masturbation is normal, natural and never unhealthy. Even animals do masturbate. As a human being, you are also an animal. Every animal has sexual instinct because they are designed to reproduce. Human being also has sexual instinct and therefore he needs to satisfy sexual instinct. Therefore, to satisfy sexual instinct, a man or woman, masturbates. In any case, masturbation is never unhealthy or will never affect your physical or sexual health or it cannot affect your future sex life and the ability to have children. Masturbation cannot affect your growth or cause pimples or cause hair fall or cause shrinkage of penis or loss of vital nutrients etc. You should try to reduce the masturbation frequency to thrice a week and continue masturbation. I m 25 year old I never eat meat when I went to usa I hv been dere for 4 month I have eat lots of junk food and meet to like chicken and fish which I hv never eat earlier and my weight is 72 kg I hv shown to doctor he told me you hv uric acid in bod y so he given me medicine and told me that to avoid meet and tur daal. So for how many days should I continue the medicine now my leg swelling is fine no pain is in my body now. So is uric acid is curable.

It's better to avoid food that is causing harm to the body by increasing uric acid levels and we can skip the medication and concentrate only on diet and if symptoms arises than get blood checked for uric acid levels

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic rx - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. Daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - cbc, s. Iron, s. Folic acid, s. Ferritin, s. Calcium, s. Vitamin d3, s. Vitamin b12. If there is any family history of thyroid dysfunction, get thyroid function test done as well.

Hi Diabetic are increasing due to many reasons. 1. Lifestyle is very bad - lot of junk foods, fast foods, sedentary lifestyle. 2. Many are not aware about pre diabetes which if detected early Diabetes can be prevented. 3. Not getting regular health checks done to screen for diabetes so that early detection can prevent diabetic complications. 4. When there is strong family history, lifestyle change has to be done early. EXERCISE: Daily brisk walking for 30min atleast 5 days a week, 3-5 Suryanamaskar a day, Breathing (pranayam)exercise for 15 min, Meditation for 10 min.

Your description of ailment is not very clear. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days it may have to be further investigated make sure she is not allergic to any of the medicines she is going to take.

Start gymnastics or swimming daily. 2-3 hrs swimming 5-6 times a week will help, not less. Do for yoga asanas which involve stretching of your backbone/spine. You can go for tada asana, paschimtana asana, surya namaskar asana etc. Increase your protein and calcium intake. Start taking 2 tsp of ashwagandha avlehya with milk at night daily. Follow this regime for next 6 months to 1 year.
