Your BP is within normal limits. It is not low by any standards. Please do not take any medicines to lower the BP. Timely food habits are very important. The giddiness should disappear if you stick to eating at regular intervals.

The temporary chest pain known as 'stitch' which sometimes occurs during exercise which probably due to dehydration, overhydration, overeating too soon before running, being out of shape, erratic breathing patterns and lacking strength in your core muscles – which are the muscles of the abdomen and back. Less commonly, medication or an underlying medical disorder. To prevent so hydrate yourself well, avoid beverages before running, Work on increasing your endurance and strengthen the muscles of your abdomen and back. Gently stretch your abdominal area before running by twisting from side to side. Breathe evenly while running, taking three steps for every inhale and two steps for every exhale. Treatment: Stop running or slow your pace as soon as you start to feel the pain under your rib cage. Grab the affected area with your hand and apply pressure or massage it until the cramp goes away. Bending over at the waist can also help take pressure off the area. Breathe slowly, pushing your abdomen out when you inhale and relaxing it when you exhale. Drinking water might also offer some relief. If problem still persist consult to get yourself investigated for any underlying pathology present.

Blood pressure is the measure of the force of blood pushing against blood vessel walls. The heart pumps blood into the arteries (blood vessels), which carry the blood throughout the body. High blood pressure, also called hypertension, is dangerous because it makes the heart work harder to pump blood to the body and contributes to hardening of the arteries, or atherosclerosis, and to the development of heart failure. Reason or cause of High Blood Pressure: The exact reason or causes of high blood pressure are not known, but several factors and conditions may play a role in its development, including: Smoking Being overweight or obese Lack of physical activity Too much salt in the diet Too much alcohol consumption (more than 1 to 2 drinks per day) Stress Older age Genetics Family history of high blood pressure Chronic kidney disease Adrenal and thyroid disorders The current medication for High B. P. Is appropriate. Please consult time to time with your cardiologist for further evaluation.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Now a days, we hardly give any treatment if TGL level is high. Only if level crosses 500 mg, treatment is advocated. Exercise, diet control and weight reduction should be helpful. Thanks.

Hello sir. Echocardiograpghy is a test in which we assess your heart's functioning. Size of different chambers, functioning of valves whether obstructed or leaking, any weakness of any part of or whole of heart chambers especially left ventricle, efficiency of pumping commonly expressed in terms of ejection fraction or ef. By this we can estimate the normacy or if any abnormality then its severity, plan treatment and asses the effect of treatment during followup. Thank you and goodluck.
