I am using the toothpaste" Dabur" red. Is that toothpaste good or can I use" vicco" toothpaste. Pls give suggestions.

Both are ayurvedic. It may be good for gums but not for teeth. It may not prevent cavities. Better switch to any other normal paste like colgate.

I felt so much pain in my tooth since yesterday night, at morning I took medicine from a dentist but still it's pain continuously. & I can't eat food because of this.

Mostly continuous pain is due to cavities. You may need to go for rootcanal treatment or extraction of teeth.

Cavities can be prevented by fluoride toothpaste. Brush regularly use mouth any good mouthwash. Get tooth filled.
