I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hi lybrate-user, Anxiety can be caused by recurring worrisome thoughts. Breathe these throughts out. Learn to focus on the present. I am having dry cough problem & swelling in my throat. I referred to the ENT Specialist he has given the medicine but there is no releif. He says throat is infected due to some allergy. Problem is since last 2 months Please suggest the treatment.

I am 20 years old girl of 56 weight, I have little bit orange colour periods frOm 4 Jan this was going on orange black brown white blood was there a bit every day but my normal periods came on 11th Jan with some blood clot and today is 20th Jan but still its bleeding with no pain, but what I should do to stop bleeding? You need to get urself examined as it might be due to some harmonal imbalance, or wait for your next cycle, if this gets repeated again then you will have to visit us and take some medicines for few cycles to get your periods back to normal.

You have to find 30-60 minutes for workout everyday. Atleast practice yoga at home. Whatever you do, do it seriously. Make some changes in your diet. Avoid extra cals and replace snacks and mid-meal bitings with healthy roasted grains/fruit/ nuts and tea/coffee with black lemon tea/black coffee or green tea.

You do not need to bother a lot for this. This all is becoz of the hormonal changes during pregnancy. You should only focus on healthy diet rich more in proteins, fibres, vitamins and minerals. Just avoid fat and carbohydrate rich diet. Do have intake of plenty of water and fruits. Take a glass of warm water daily empty stomach with a piece of lemon squeezed into it. Do half hour walk daily each in morning and evening. Simultaneously get your blood sugar and thyroid check.

HI Lybrate USER…. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 2) avoid late night sleeping habits …sleep upto 10-10.30 pm…. 3) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 2 tsf of SHATAVARI KALP with 250 ml of lukewarm water, in the morning instead of break fast…B) take 60 ml of triphala juice along with 15 ml of honey and 1-1 tablet of VASANTKUSUMAKAR RASA and MOUTIKYUKTA KAMDUDHA VATI at night before sleep…. C) take 10 gm of FENNEL SEEDS along with 10 gm jiggery after meals…D) eat 4-5 seeds of ALMONDS during meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result….
