My mom is housewife. Breast milk secretion is occurred from 2 months after pregnancy. Its been long 17 years approx, last breast feeding. But she has no pain in her breast. But she has pain in hand and leg and eyes. Is there any relation between this type of breast milk secretion prob and brain? If no, then what to do? If yes then what to do? Please help me.

My eyes are going weak and I am suffering from myopia n my spectacle no. Is -4.5 and I am really worried that it goes on increasing rapidly so what I do to control it and reduce it.

Normally the number gets stabilised by the age of 18 yrs. If its progressing then it could be progressive myopia or keratoconus. Nothing much can be done to halt the increase in number in progressive myopia. However there are procedures which help on keratoconus. Kindly consult ophthalmologist.

You have something called as computer vision syndrome. So take frequent breaks while you are working every 20-25 mins take break to look away from screen blink more frequently' level of screen should be below the level of eyes ac should not blow directly on your face.

I think I have piles. It bleeds with stool and make me soo week soon after, I am computer engineer so I have to spend 8 to 10 hours, sitting in front of computer and it start panning after 2 or 3 hours of sitting. And it feels so irritated as I can not help my self.

Dear lybrate user, do not sit before computer for a long period after every hour you must give rest to your eyes by doing exercise or press with your hand for five minutes. Wash your eyes three four times a day. Go for vision test.

Follow the rule of 20. After every 20 minutes, take a break for 20 seconds; blink your eyes actively for 20 times and subsequently focus at an object placed 20 feet away from you. This will help in eliminating the over strain. Also try to maintain a proper posture while you use the mobile or a computer. This will help in relieving your eyes from the continuous strain that is caused due to staring. Staring at the computer continuously causes us to subconsciously blink less than normal. This causes the tear film on the surface of the eye to dry up. The result of this is pain, discomfort, etc. Another suggestions regarding the usage of computers is to maintain a proper posture. The computer must be positioned at the same height as your eye level. The neck should not be inadvertently flexed or extended. Maintenance of proper posture would help in further relieving the symptoms of eye discomfort and pain.
